Latcham Dowling Estate Agents St. Neots reviews in Bedfordshire

Being naive 1st time buyers, James and Gary made the process far easier than the horror stories we had heard. James went out of his way to provide the viewing and occupied our dog while we looked around the property. Gary’s communication throughout the whole process was impeccable. Offering better, faster and more detailed responses than our solicitor could. I will have no hesitations to use Latcham Dowling again if/when we want to sell this place.

I have used this estate agent on multiple occasions and I wouldn't even consider using any other. Gary and the team are fantastic! Always professional, always friendly, always honest, always communicating and always dedicated to each client. On this occasion it was a long and difficult sale but Gary and the team were amazing throughout. I would definitely recommend Latcham Dowling.

We first Met Gary almost 15 years ago when he then found our dream home. The process was made all the more simplier as Gary was at the helm. 12 years later our dream home was no longer fit for purpose, sadly we were moving out of the area, but we went looking for Gary to help sell our former dream home. Would you believe that he sold it within 3 days of going on the market in the winter of 2018. Gary is the best in the buisness, and as we know estate agents dont get a good reputation, but with Gary your in safe hands...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have known Gary for over twenty two years and during that time have conducted a number of property transactions with him, the last being concluded just before lockdown in March this year. Despite the challenges facing us at that time, Gary’s microscopic attention to detail saw us over the finish line. Nothing was to much trouble and never has been in all the time I’ve known him and I know I can continue to rely on him in our future dealings. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have never had the same level of service that Gary has given. If integrity, honesty, service and excellence matter to you then look know further. May I take this opportunity to thank Gary for his service and professionalism over the years and every good fortune in his new endeavour.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Gary is top of his game when it comes to making sure things go smoothly, he has a depth of knowledge as a estate agent and is not only supportive throughout the process, he cares a great deal about his clients being happy from the start to the end. I would strongly recommend Gary if you’re looking to buy or sell a property, because attention to detail is everything right now and being able to rely on someone who is dedicated to their work right now is paramount. Both me and my partner had an exceptional experience buying our new property and Gary made this a pleasure.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I have just sold my house with Latcham Dowling. I had great service from the team, from the point of valuation through to completion. The communication from Gary was excellent, he would always respond quickly and was really helpful chasing the other parties involved to make sure the sale kept pushing through. An estate agent which really does go above & beyond to make it the best experience possible for their clients. Thank you!

James Dowling has been in the industry for many years and there are few who can deliver an exceptional service with as much care and consideration as he can. If you are looking for an agent to sell your property I would highly recommend Latchem Dowling as an estate agent in the Bedfordshire and Cambridsgeshire area you can rely on. Having moved homes 7 times in 7 years I only wish that this team were available then to help progress my sales. They would have saved me time and money, not to mention the stress of having to deal with uncaring and unsympothetic agents. Selling your house for many people is the biggest sale they will ever make and having an Estate agent you can trust that has your best interests at heart is a must. The experience this team brings to the market is second to none. I would highly reccomend using Latchem Dowling for your property sale. Call them today and have a chat with them and you will see what I mean!

We used Latcham Dowling Estate Agents during 2022 to help us move house. It was a difficult move for various reasons that ultimately ended successfully. From the very start, right up to our move in date, each of the people we dealt with at Latchams were absolutely excellent. Thoughtful, patient, empathetic and calm when things started to get tricky. I would thoroughly recommend them for their all round excellence

An absolutely outstanding Estate Agents. We dealt with Gary who made the whole process super easy, transparent and personable. When we had the property valued initially, it was great to see the level of prep/comparables/rationale behind the valuation. In comparison, some of the other agents we had value the house were at the property for 5 minutes and gave us a finger in the air valuation.

I do not recommend Latcham Dowling - complete shambles from start to finish! EDIT TO ADD MY RESPONSE- Lots of interesting excuses for breaking so many points of your code of conduct. Including not putting offers forward in the interest of selling one of your directors houses which we agreed to buy, and he effectively then gazumped us. Failing to put an offer forward on yet another property, resulting in me having to visit the property to put my offer directly to the seller. Not doing any work on our purchase, meaning our agent had to do your jobs for you, and more. When things got a little tricky you suggested just “pulling the plug”.

I recently bought a house through Latcham Dowling and they could not have been more helpful. Both James and Gary were always available to support with queries and came up with useful suggestions when we hit some legal hold-ups in the process. They also took the time to help with local knowledge as we were new to the area. I would thoroughly recommend Latcham Dowling and wish them all the best for the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
