GoogleLatchams did an excellent job of selling our property and managing the process all the way to completion. Gary was the ultimate professional from a good honest price appraisal and managing the parties to get the best possible price in this tough market. I cannot recommend him highly enough !

GoogleSold my house with the help of Gary & team. It was a slow start but when the offer came in it completed in 8 weeks! Which bought its share of stress, but all the way Gary helped to keep things calm.
The WhatsApp group setup was amazing, it meant that all 3 in the office were aware at all times with what was happening & questions were always dealt with very quickly.
If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, helpful agent do not look any further. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Thank you so much.

GoogleWe just moved into our new house on Friday and I can honestly say that Latcham Dowling were incredible, if it hadn’t been for them, and in particular, Gary the sale probably wouldn’t have happened. We were so thankful for their professionalism and personal touch and their determination to make things happen. They put our own estate agents to shame. I don’t intend moving again but if I was I would 100% use Latcham Dowling.
I know I have said it many times but thank you again we literally couldn’t have done it without you.
