I contacted Waldens regarding a property that I was interested in and spoke to a lovely agent called Max! After discussing my family size, Max let me know the property wasn't going to be big enough due to the size of the bedrooms. I appreciated his honesty. I also wanted some advise on renting through an estate agent and he was more than happy to answer my queries, along with listen to my predicament with professionalism and compassion.I couldn't fault the 10 minute phone call with Max and wish him all the best with his career in property.

I have found all the staff to be very professional and always keep you up-to-date with things concerning the sale of my late mother’s house. We can almost guarantee you will never meet a better estate agent than Sharon. As buyers, we only had good experiences with Sharon from viewing on day one to the offer to completion. She made a long and stressful buying process much easier by communicating with all sides, not just the seller's side. Most importantly, Sharon and the agents we met at Waldens always treated us well, which is not something we experienced with other agents elsewhere.

Feels and acts like an old has been estate agent, some staff not helpful, slow, and inefficient to get back to you, the manager Rob? Is the worst and would question whether he actually wants to sell houses as appears to have no motivation, or maybe he just turns up to take the money every month? The younger companies are taking over as they seem to be far more dynamic and efficient compared to this dinosaur.

Very highly recommended estate agent for selling. Managed to find a solid buyer for our house in good time, and in a slow market. Nick especially was very helpful, with a near super-human memory for details (he remembered us from when he showed us around a different house 5 years previously!) and very quick to return calls. Darren was also helpful and knowledgable of our sale whenever Nick was unavailable. Overall, a fantastic, reliable agency, very safe hands if you're trying to sell a property, and as a bonus were also the best value we could find in our area.
