I chose to go with Walden’s as they are a long established Estate Agents in Kempston and thank goodness I did ! From selling my house in July 25 to completion of sale in January 26, Rob and Sharon supported me every step of the way through a very complicated and stressful experience. Rob and Sharon were always available to talk to and would call me to explain every step. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Best letting agents I've ever worked with!

Absolutely fantastic team to work with. Rented with them for just over 2 years and am heartbroken to have had to leave. (Got a dog and needed to move to a place with a garden.) Shelley is an absolute sweetheart, but the whole office are friendly and helpful. They use a portal website which makes things so much easier!! Will always recommend them to anyone looking to rent!

Rob and the team were fantastic. My mum's retirement bungalow was a complicated sale due to lots of red tape via the housing association and took 2 years to go through with the first sale falling through after 8 months due to the housing association not doingitsadequatecheckson whether the buyer owned another property not allowed under the agreement! But Rob stuck it out and got a new buyer and chased everyone constantly, remaining calm under pressure and was a joy to work despite the housing association delaying things further and taking a year for the next sale to go through! Thank you Waldens I don't think we'd have got the sale over the line without you all - 5 star service!

Hi, I am in the process of purchasing my property through Waldens Estate Agent. I am extremely grateful to Sharon and Nick for all their effort they have put in order for me to secure this property. I believe without Sharon, today I’d be still looking for a property. I am extremely grateful. She’s gone far and beyond just so I can secure this property. Waldens Estate Agents have been a godsent to us! Buying a house can be such a stressful experience, but we felt so well looked after from the initial contact to completion. Sharon was wonderful, always on top of her game - in fact we wouldn't buy our beautiful house if she didn't suggest the viewing in the first place! I grew up in Bedford and in the end chose Waldens because I remembered them being around for a long time and figured that said something. I met Sharon for the initial meeting and from the outset was impressed with her friendly, helpful and empathetic manner. I feel that the team went the extra mile to drop into the house for me on a couple of occasions when living over 2 hours away would have been a big inconvenience. They were always at the end of the phone when I needed them, they charged a fair commission and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend and would use their services again without hesitation.

Would absolutely recommend Waldens! Especially Rob, who has been incredible from start to finish when we purchased our house recently. We registered our interest in purchasing a house initially with Rob whilst we were still saving, and he was so helpful. We were added to the mailing list and only sent appropriate listings which were within our requirements (which was not the case with other estate agents). We were never pressured if we didn’t like a properly, everyone we dealt with at Waldens was amazingly patient and we saw several houses before we found the one we wanted to purchase. Rob kept us fully updated throughout the whole process, providing regular updates and always getting back to me on any queries as soon as possible. Can’t thank Rob enough for his help and support, which hasn’t stopped even now we’re in the property. Would recommend Rob and Waldens to anyone - absolute stars! Thank you!
