We recently viewed a property being marketed by Waldens and were shown around by Steve. We've been looking for some time now and viewed a number of properties with various agents, however Steve was by far the best representative we've encountered. Knowledgeable and understanding of the questions /points we identified. In this particular case we expressed an interest but stated that the property, for us, needed a lot of work and that a return visit with a builder would be necessary, once we returned from holiday. This wasn't a problem, he advised, as he recognised what we'd highlighted. However, whilst away, we reflected on this and upon return decided not to continue with our interest. When I informed Steve he understood the position and thanked us for advising. In summary, professional, personable and knowledgeable.

I have been renting through Waldens for coming up 6 years and they have been extremely professional and efficient during that time. Any maintenance issues or queries I have are dealt with straight away and you are made to feel confident that you are in good hands. I usually deal with Shelley and she is fantastic! She has recently helped us find a new home, and was even like a counsellor on the phone when I was upset! 🤣 Moving is stressful enough, but Shelley has helped to make the move hassle free. We have been kept updated and informed on the process of the upcoming move and we are very grateful that Shelley found us something so quickly. Unlike other estate agents, Shelley actually understands what sort of property would suit you. Brilliant, and I would not use anyone else. Highly recommended.

I have been a tenant through Waldens for the last year and a half after selling my previous property & I cannot fault them! 😮‍💨 They’re a really lovely, small team in Kempston that I’ve grown to build a great relationship with! Going into becoming a tenant following being a private owner, I expected it to be a headache, however I’ve always been able to rely on them to promptly deal with landlord related issues and enquiries and can always expect a email update the same day! They’re super organised, very welcoming, offer advance planned property visits which are always non-evasive and not overly time consuming and have an open door approach to issues where you can visit the office and have a friendly chat and a laugh!
