Unfortunately it wasn’t the easiest process selling my apartment and took a lot longer than expected as a few buyers pulled out along the way, but throughout the process Sharon was very helpful and supportive! A landlord's point of view.

Over a year ago, I started looking for a lettings agency to rent my house. Due to Shelley's professionalism and abundant knowledge of the lettings sector, I felt confident that my house would be in good hands at Waldens. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay the rental. One year later, Shelley picked up exactly where we left off and seamlessly continued supporting me, advising all that was needed to be done legally, as well as what was needed to be done to get my house into a good standard for rental. Again, Shelley not only shared her professionalism, but she also gave a personal touch, of which I'm grateful for. I now have a family renting my house with Waldens managing the property on my behalf. I would 100% recommend Waldens lettings to others.

Excellent Experience Selling Probate Property

I grew up in Bedford and in the end chose Waldens because I remembered them being around for a long time and figured that said something. I met Sharon for the initial meeting and from the outset was impressed with her friendly, helpful and empathetic manner. I feel that the team went the extra mile to drop into the house for me on a couple of occasions when living over 2 hours away would have been a big inconvenience. They were always at the end of the phone when I needed them, they charged a fair commission and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend and would use their services again without hesitation.
