I like waldens but recent experience with sales agent ROB GOLDSMITH was not good as i want to view the property he said if i want to give them offer that is low it’s no point but i never had experience with any other estate agent , it’s sad you can’t give any offer as they want only buyers who can offer listing price or nearby, it’s not fair for people who want to view the property and give offer , we don’t mind they reject the offer but how he said like they not interested in us to view the property.It’s sad that company like these there is no equality for buyers.This type of behaviour totally violates Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Waldens have managed my property for 7 years whilst I have been living abroad. Any problems are brought to my attention immediately and dealt with promptly. Shelley Janine and Tom make a very efficient team but I must just mention that Janine (my first point of contact) always goes above and beyond her duties.

I recently sold a property with Waldens help. Personal thank you to Nick for his professionalism. He promised to sell within 4 weeks and he did it even earlier. He sounded very confident. I was happy as buyers didn’t have any chain to deal with and the sale should be quick. But it was an unexpected obstacle on my way. Nick knew how to manage situation. Luckily the obstacle was sorted and the deal reached the point of completion. Having used Waldens for a purchase back in 2019, there was no question about choosing them again, this time for a sale and purchase. Nick Webb has been personable throughout, and has felt like a friend as well as our estate agent. Me and my family are still relatively new to Bedford and really struggled with areas when viewing properties to purchase. Nick has given his honest advice and opinion, based on our individual requirements, which has helped us tremendously in securing a perfect home. In fact the whole team have been helpful, from start to finish, always being available to offer reassurance and advice. (He knows Bedford like the back of his hand it seems!). Our first purchase fell through but the team at Waldens were fantastic and kept in contact regularly with updates as well as putting us forward for suitable viewings very quickly. In Nick’s absence due to annual leave etc, Steve took over and stayed in touch with updates the whole time, again with a friendly and professional approach. Sharon has been of utmost help when I’ve called in the office with queries and has always taken the time out to explain things and reassure me. As mentioned, we have used Waldens in the past and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. If you want to receive an honest, reliable, friendly and professional service, I would highly recommend using Waldens.

WALDENS PROPERTY SALES !!I have recently purchased a property through Waldens, and, Sharon Marshall, was, very, 'through', and 'professional' throughout the above process: she, even, helped me choose my carpet for the above!! I think Waldens has that 'element' of the more 'traditional' Estate Agent, in that, I think their Customer service is the 'equal' of their 'desire' to sell their Properties, rather, than this more 'high volumed' approach, that MANY 'Newer' Estate Agents seem to 'favour' now!! Surely, it can't, just, ALL be about selling 'stats'??

I contacted Waldens regarding a property that I was interested in and spoke to a lovely agent called Max! After discussing my family size, Max let me know the property wasn't going to be big enough due to the size of the bedrooms. I appreciated his honesty.
