GoogleAfter creating a shortlist of potential agents, we chose Waldens. This was largely on the fantastic experience we had with Sharon. She clearly knew the area and was able to highlight the benefits of our location beyond simply describing the house itself. Throughout, Sharon was helpful and a useful font of knowledge on the wider housing market. I'd recommend Waldens and would use them again.

Initially dealt with Nick who was very informative and got us up for sale. Then Rob took it on and got the sale within a week of being on the market. GoogleWhere do I start! I hounded poor Rob trying sort out my sale and purchase in the most difficult circumstances with COVID, ex wives and a lady who liked to drag her feet! GoogleHighly disappointed by this agents. Spoke to them moments after a house was put up for rent, in contact with them for the month due to lockdown stopping the viewings. Was booked in for a viewing, assured that was the earliest I could see the property and that no one would be in before me. Only to be rang the morning of my viewing to be told someone had viewed it before me and let the property? With the excuse of 'it's first come first serve'. Considering I was told my booking was the earliest anyone could view the property this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe used Nick Webb at Waldens to sell our house in Kempston and we were very impressed with his professionalism and speed at which he found us a succession of no less that 5 buyers after unfortunate withdrawals by the previous Buyers. He remained professional persistent and patient in a difficult chain of events which finally resulted in the sale being completed.

I am currently renting a property through Waldens in Kempston. I have been in the same property for over a year. I first met Craig from Waldens when viewing over a year ago. He is just the nicest of guys. Very professional, helpful, patient, and always willing & prompt when dealing with things or answering questions. I mostly communicate with Craig & Jen, who is also amazing, and works to the same high standards. I’ve rented properties previously, & encountered nothing but problems from other agents. The property I am in is immaculate & in over a year I have had no issues at all. If you’re looking to rent, I would personally advise that you only consider Waldens!!!
