We would thoroughly recommend Lane & Holmes after their exceptional service during a recent sale and purchase. Right from the beginning the team were proactive and efficient and worked hard to agree a sale on our property, we were particularly impressed with the marketing, photography and expertise shown during all the viewings that took place. The process took longer than anticipated due to complications with the solicitors but the team (particularly Ross and Cathy) were on hand throughout. They kept everyone updated and worked hard, liaising with all parties, to get the sale and purchase through as quickly as possible. Thank you for making the whole process as easy as it could be!

I have experience in working with many Estate Agents, and have never received such a high level of service. I found them to be highly professional & personable, and there was never a time we were left feeling like we didn't know what was going on. When you sell your house you need the best agent who will look after you if the sale proves difficult, and will keep you continually updated.
