The team took the time to view our house and opine on the best way to market the house before a fantastic brochure was produced which showed the house at its best. The personal service from one of the partners and full sales team put us at ease and delivered the best possible result for us in a very short time. We went to market full of confidence and the team delivered a long list of viewings and offers in a very short time. We were out of the UK for several weeks during the process but were kept up to date via email at every stage. Ross even recommended and engaged appropriate tradespeople on our behalf to deal with minor maintenance issues on the house while we were 4000 miles away - incredible service! We would recommend Lane and Holmes without hesitation to anyone in the Bedford area looking to buy or sell a house.
