Regrettably, the poor attitude displayed by some staff members significantly diminishes the overall experience. Despite the strengths in certain areas, the subpar service and attitude issues make canceling their management package a regrettable necessity.

Nik was incredibly personable during our house viewings with Haart. He made the effort to relate the properties to our lives so we could really imagine ourselves living at the property. There was also a quick follow up the next day by the office team to gauge our thoughts on the visits and see how we wanted to proceed. All in all the process was incredibly smooth and was one of the main reasons we choose to list our property with Haart. Hannah brought our home to life in the pictures she took for listing and was sure to keep a little personality in the images; in the form of Norman our cat.

Haart lettings in Bedford have been amazing at helping me find a new tenant for my property. And considering the urgency and amount of problems I came with, I was seriously impressed! Right from the start they have been a pleasure to work with. Haart have been great in general to deal with during our rental process. Fairly priced and extremely helpful. We originally dealt with Jovan Sutovic (Lettings). His customer service was first class and really helped with the initial moving in process. Jovan was very friendly and was always easy to communicate with during what can be a stressful time. Since moving in, we have also dealt with Jennifer Hollbrow (Property Management) for the 3-month inspection and other queries during our tenancy. Jennifer came to the house for the inspection and went above and beyond. She was accommodating, professional and very friendly, our 2 year old Daughter loved Jennifer. All in all, a great experience. I met with Nik Kershaw to view a property in Bedford. I’ve viewed a lot of properties recently and it was so refreshing to meet Nik, because he dealt with the viewing in such a professional manner, but also by putting his personality into it. I’ve met so many agents who do no more than open the door, let you in and say “have a look round”. Nik was informed about the property and his seller’s position. We also had fun and I can’t say that’s always the case. The initial contact with Derren was timely and professional, he arranged for viewing times to accommodate to my partner and I as we both work late. John Dhillon from Haarts Estate Agent Bedford was the agent selling the property which I recently purchased, he was fantastic, always available to let me show builders around so I could get quotes for work I wanted done as soon as I moved in. Even after I moved in and had an issue with the central heating he was very helpful in sorting the issue out.
