Georgia arrive on time to her appointment with me. She was very pleasant and professional. She had prepared some examples of other house prices for comparison to show me which was very helpful. It showed that she hadn’t just turned up without preparing. She was knowledgeable about the area and other houses on the market and offered valuable advice about selling our property in the future. She wasn’t rushed and answered all my questions. She gave me a verbal valuation and reasons behind it and said she would follow it up with a written copy, which I look forward to receiving shortly. Unreliable, don't bother. Made an online appointment for a valuation of my property. Received a call two days before confirming the appointment. Called back the day before, and the appointment was confirmed to me again. On the day of the valuation however, after waiting 1/2 hour past the appointment time i called the office to be told they are very sorry but have no record of the appointment!!!!!!!

Charlotte was amazing. She put me at my ease and helped me understand what I had to do to rent a property. Charlotte took me to view the property and then kept me informed at every stage of the process. She sat with me and helped me upload documents and showed me what I needed to do. I have found the whole experience very easy and not at all stressful. Charlotte worked really hard to get everything sorted out by the Friday of the same week. I think for someone as young as she is she has amazing customer service and is a credit to your team.

Sourcing accommodation rent from Haart Lettings gave me a wonderful experience. The quickness in response, especially when it is impromptu in nature, got me surprised. The staff have a high sense of commitment to the job. Permit me to mention name. Charlotte Grant was my point of contact when she led me to view a building I was booked for but I changed my mind about. At the mention of another building at a different location, she joyfully fixed the viewing date on the spot. Similarly, other staff at their Bedford branch office shows continuity in their service, right from the branch manager to all other staff. That’s a sense of commitment and dedication, and I am impressed at their service rendered.
