Avoid if you are a landlord requiring them to find you a tenant. They struggle to facilitate a simple deposit transfer (in breach of the law) and communication is non existent, multiple calls to their office and northampton office to no avail, email responses take weeks unless you send them a threatening email.

Great company and courteous company. Not to much fuss, everyone has been very helpful and nice and always dealt with any questions and queries in a timely fashion especially Steven Johnson who is one of the best agents and deserves a promotion. While I am here I would also like to point out that when I was renting the property was fully managed by the agency and it did happened that before coming back from the holiday one of the pipes froze and bursted in the winter , and just in 2 days considering it was a weekend the issue was fully resolved and I only needed to make 2 calls because agency sends your pack electronically and on paper and everything was so well put together I didn’t have to panic that much. All those little things count and the attention for detail and again they are very quick to respond. It is really rare you find somewhere that you don't feel like the milking cow of the property(just money and no service) but those guys really helped us when we needed it and even when I lost my key or locked myself out of the property I never received an “oh not again lady” comment, but just a “ oh are you ok ? Just come to the office to get the spare and don’t forget to post it back whenever you can” .

Edit: I’ve had countless issues with the property since I’ve moved in which Haart have taken 3+ months to resolve each time despite being in contact with the senior property manager for the entire region. Almost took my landlady to court for refusing to pay an emergency repair. I stand by my original 5 star review for the on-boarding process below but the service once you’ve signed the contract is downhill. Jade was very helpful and supportive going through the entire application process. I was impressed by the level and speed of communication and processing of documents. Would happily rent through Haart again.PositiveProfessionalism

I viewed a property with Charlotte and it wasn’t for me and she immediately identified one that would suit what I was looking for and booked me in for a viewing. It was perfect and suits our circumstances, too! Which in this market is really difficult to find. Charlotte has been exceptionally reassuring and responsive throughout, from that first viewing to going through the referencing process and her service has really been remarkable. As someone who is quite anxious when things are out of my own hands, I couldn’t have dealt with a better letting agent. As a landlord I previously used Haart, and unfortunately that they didn’t carry out their checks properly, and I ended up with a bad tenant that I eventually had to evict, all because Haart didn’t bother to do their job properly. All they are interested in is getting their commission . I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
