First of all I want to thank Derren for starting off my house sale and getting an offer accepted and moving it forward. Ive been dealing with Haart for my house sale and ever since I accepted an offer, Ben Sloan was in charge until the end. My situation was that I had to serve notice to my tenant and allow 6 months atleast until my tenant moved. Ben was very determined, persistent, patient, professional, logical, understanding and kept calm throughout the whole process as he was being chased by the buyer (which was s very particular person) and my situation with tenant was still not moving especially when the situation was not looking great as tenant was waiting for accommodation to be sorted by council. Ben kept both buyer and seller informed of every update and communication was top which made me feel very relaxed. Throughout the whole of the 6 months I didn't once have to chase Ben for anything, Ben offered to help me with the forms and fixtures that the house required which was really good. He has always been on top of it all. Ben saw the sale through to the end with me even when he didnt need to and still offered assistance regarding the funds being sent by solicitors. At the end of the process, it was quite emotional as our journey ended there. I loved Ben's approach to his work and commitment. Absolutely GREAT. I know who I'm asking for next time i want buy or sell a house. BEN, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING. Charis at Haart Bedford was responsive to my interest in purchasing a property and was able to show me round and answer all my questions. I felt valued as a buyer and Charis showed friendliness and interest in my requirements. She then facilitated a negotiation between myself and the vendor and achieved a quick agreement. Finally, she kept up communication with me while the solicitors completed their work all the way until completion. Considering the housing market is currently going through a surge and the pandemic has reduced staff I noticed my solicitors were struggling to maintain good time scales. I purchased through Haart as was met by a lovely professional lady Shai Tovey she arranged all viewings we required and most importantly assisted on agreeing a price with the owners so we got the house of our dreams. We then wanted a second and third viewing Shai arranged this and made it happen within a few days so fantastic. We even wanted to go back once everything was exchanged just to work out placing things no problem the very next day she got us in. So I rate Shai Tovey 10/10 fantastic service and professional. Once the house was all agreed it then went to Ben Sloan who constantly pretty much daily was giving me updates on where it was being held up or if I needed to chase my side of things. I thought he was absolute brilliant and released a lot of stress from me especially when I didn’t even sell with them only bought. Ben was chasing my solicitor and my estate agents he took full control of it and I can assure you this has won me as a future customer. Nik Kershaw came to value my property which is of course for free. Although we was unsure on whether we would be moving or not Nik continually kept in contact and offered us help and advice for various different situations which came up which was above and beyond what was expected especially as Nik was getting nothing out of doing what he was doing for us . This just shows what type of business this is. Nik was not looking for a sale for himself he was always looking out what was best for us and although we never moved I know for sure when we do decide to I will definitely be contacting Nik to help us with this or any future plans.
