Kateryna at the Bedford office has been fantastic in managing our three rental properties for us. Easily contactable, very responsive and always very helpful. If this review was just for Kateryna it would be 5*, but unfortunately before Kateryna was managing our properties the service from the Haart property management team was often disappointing.

Charlottes customer service is exceptional. She is very responsive, professional and punctual. She made the process of renting quick, easy and efficient. I have spoken to various agents, however charlotte is the only agent who would constantly respond efficiently. She is always available and provides plenty of local area knowledge.
