GoogleEdit - having being transferred back to the management team we're getting all the same issues as before, very poor communication and a seeming inability for them to manage. If you're just letting then it's good, management is awful though. ------------------ Previously we have had lots of issues lettiing with connells, however it seems they have replaced some staff and this most recent let has been extremely easy and streamlined. Credit to Jessica and Marco for making the process so smooth. Thanks!

GoogleTwo years ago I had a few estate agents around to value my flat as I was thinking of selling. Joe from Connells visited the property and he had done a lot of background research before he attended. He also followed up with a full report - none of these were given by the other estate agents. I decided to wait to list and about 18 months later I called Joe again. I listed both my flat with Connells and purchased a new property through them. I was really pleased with both the sale and purchase - I had constant communications from them for both. I also used Connells conveyancing panel and their mortgage adviser. Using other advisers within the Connells group meant communications were much easier and both the sale and purchase went quicker. GoogleIM GLAD I GAVE THEM A CHANCE & TRUSTED THEM... I used Connells a few years back when it was under a different in-house management team and their service was awful. I spoke with Gio this time around when needing to sell my property and he asked me to give them another chance as they were under his management now. He assured me he would change my mind. And he succeeded! They sold my property within a couple of weeks, with minimal viewings, for a decent price close to my asking price. They didn't mess around over the negotiations and sorted the buyers mortgage in-house. Between Gio & RJ, my painful sales process (painful due to the conveyancers) was made bearable, because although I know that they are swamped, they still managed to communicate with me. I live abroad & couldn't travel due to Covid and was selling my property to a first time buyer and the conveyancers held things up a lot, but what made the process easier was that I was reassured & communicated with by Gio & RJ a few times a week. GoogleRecently let my property through Connells Estate Agents - Lettings in Bedford. Found Marco to be very organised, informative, not to mention always polite and on the ball. Built up a very good professional relationship with both Marco and Okeme, who always kept me updated regarding new viewings and prospective clients. When a proposed let fell through, the guys remained positive and within hours had found new interested parties and organised a viewing. Connells Bedford should be very proud of their Letting team, major asset to their organisation.

GoogleJust wanted to take a minute to share my experience with the Connells Bedford sales team. We had been trying to sell our house with another agent for a number of months with no success. We recieved a leaflet from Connells which for once we were glad we didnt throw away! The service we have received has been fantastic from start to finish. Always a call away if anything is needed and a nice smooth transaction. Thanks for everything guys and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend you to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleI called many times, hardly get through. I spoke with a guy late December about a particular property and he said that it won't be ready till February 2016. He said he would contact me a week later...no contact at all. I chased them up, hardly pick the phone up and when they do I get the same answer. The property is now LET without them even contacting me for a viewing or informing me it is available, no point calling them as they never answer. I'd rather deal with professionals with better customer service.

GoogleVery nice staff on the phone but they don't really do anything, they just lie and don't properly communicate information between seller and buyer. And they promise to call you with an update on the case, but the call never comes. You write emails and no one answers them... Just rudeness and insolence.

GoogleFrom the point of RJ coming to our property to list it we have been very satisfied with the services him and his sales team have offered us. They were quick to agree a sale on it which he delivered! Great service and professionalism. I will definately be using him again.
