Connells lettings are some of the most aggressive uncaring people I've ever dealt with. I would urge anyone never to get involved with them as their communication is woeful, they act aggressively if they are in the wrong trying to pin their faults on tenants or landlords alike. I've rented for over 15 years with different letting agents and landlords never having a problem until dealing with Connells. Stay away from this inept and horrible company.

The lettings team at Connells Bedford were absolutely brilliant. Marco and Jess accomadated us from the very start, with calm friendly advice. During an issue with the referencing agency, they both guided us through it and did everything in their power to get us into our new home. AND IT WORKED! Brilliant people, excellent business, would recommend them to everyone.

Just spoke to a woman on the phone regarding an advertisement on the website and she had no customer service what so ever I didn’t catch her name but she said she didn’t know what I was going on about and said I must have the wrong number but I got the number off her website. She said she doesn’t know what property I was on about but when I asked if it was up for rent she said yes ? But how does she know that if she doesn’t know what I’m talking about ? Unprofessional and rude. Needs more customer service training clearly and also needs more knowledge of the property’s her company has to rent.

Awful, appalling and will ruin your property if they manage your property. Lack of communication between landlord and tenant. I paid for the fully managed service and they did NOT manage the property at all. Even Marco (lettings) is terrible, lack of common sense and customer service.- All they want is your money, they do not care about your property. DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENT…
