GoogleBooked an appointment for Connell to value our house, a week in advance. Had a text confirming the visit. They didn't arrive. Called: they said they were on their way. They didn't arrive. Called: they said they'd moved the appointment for 6 hours later than planned. No apology. They seemed shocked to hear that I no longer wanted to use them. Genuinely, the worst service. Don't use them.

GoogleFound a property I really liked on rightmove and I spoken to a chap who said the property is still available and he will ring back to arrange a viewing, possibly this evening or tommerow. I've just rang the estate agent again and this gent told me the property is sold. Am comfused and this sound really strange and very misleading and unprofessional.

The only small thing that let them down was other colleagues calling about different properties when we had committed to buying a property. Look forward to Jack helping me with my second mortgage

GoogleThis estate agency has been very approachable and helpful. The removal of Bryn Wilde to another area was appreciated. His racist comments "we can move in indians if you want" were not appreciated or acceptable. But it was dealt with quickly by Connells and to date the agents that have taken over have been very approachable and with better experience..
