GoogleAs landlords in the Beckenham area we have used Mann for finding tenants, rent collection and assisting with all our statutory requirements. We've always found them attentive, efficient and good at communicating. James and his team offer clear advice and have always met our expectations. Since 2014, when we first purchased the property, they have twice found us good tenants quickly and kept us very well informed throughout the process. Excellent service.

GoogleThink twice before renting through this agent. When it comes to getting the deposit back,their so called Deposit Specialists are borderline useless. They don’t return emails,constantly get their facts wrong,this is from personal experience. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

GoogleI had a great experience finding a rental property, in particular, dealing with Liam McIntyre. He was highly responsive, honest and helpful throughout the process - especially as this was in the middle of lockdown so viewing was entirely virtual. I liked the fact that Mann and Co weren't showing properties in person - even if the place was empty - as some other agents were still doing. This gave me assurance of Mann & Co's professionalism and what to expect from them as property managers - I was confident that the apartment I eventually moved into was "safe", clean and maintained to a high standard and that if I had any issues, it would be promptly addressed. Highly recommend going with Mann & Co. - really lovely to deal with them and it was clear that this was more than just a job, but seeing the end result - a happy tenant settled into a new home - was something they really cared about. GoogleMe and my girlfriend have been struggling for a little while to get a flat because of many reasons (one of these being that we are both from outside of England) and yet, our agents Lara, Liam and Scott have been working so hard to help us get the flat we had our eyes on quickly, and safely; Answering all calls, texts or mails within minutes. It has been a crazy ride, but they sure made it a lot easier than it should have been. Huge credits to their company. Thank you

GoogleI was very impressed the with Mann Beckenham team. James and Scott were able to find tenants for my property within the first weekend of being online. I felt reassured throughout as I was constantly kept in the loop. Chloe and Catherine were also always able to assist me with any queries I had. Overall very pleased with the service I received from Mann and I would highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely 1st class service! had trouble finding a place for a month or so, finally went to Mann in Beckenham and the staff couldn't be more helpful, before we knew it we had a place - move in ready and the entire process was fast and easy. i would recommend talking to Krystina Jones although everyone i dealt with was amazing she made us feel like we were a priority and communicated with us throughout the entire process. well presented and very professional (5 STARS) :) Thanks for your help guys.

GoogleThe service I have received as a landlord over the last few years has been second to none!! These guys really know their stuff and are hot on anything that may come up. They found superb tenants for me quickly who have now been with us for two years and are great! Piara our property manager is so on the ball and makes my life so easy managing anything that is needed quickly and professionally. Honestly couldn’t be happier with the support, advice and service from these guys. Looking forward to many more years in partnership.

GoogleI successfully sold my flat through Mann & Co in Beckenham, despite a few ups and downs at the beginning of the sale. I accepted 4 offers on my flat, all to be withdrawn because certain information was not divulged to the buyer until after the sale was agreed. After this matter was addressed, Lisa worked extremely hard to find a buyer and within the two week notice period I gave them to take my property off the market with Mann, she'd found a serious buyer, which progressed to completion within 4 months. I'm happy with how Mann & Co rectified the issues. My property was a difficult one to sell, being above a shop with extremely high service charges, and on a main road. Yet Lisa managed to find the right buyer. I had previously used KFH to market the property but didn't have many viewings, so choosing Mann & Co to represent this particular property was definitely the right choice in the end. The reason for a 3 Star review rather than a 4, is because of the initial problems mentioned above. I should not have had to remove my property off the market with them for them to provide the correct and full information to the potential buyers. Otherwise, a good service.

Lucy showed us quite a number of properties throughout our search - she was always on time, very professional, courteous, and we never felt any pressure from her to pursue a sale - very impressed!
