GoogleCraig Rose, the Branch Manager, was excellent. He was approachable and available. He chased things up as soon as he was alerted to them. If it wasn't for him, the whole process of buying would have been a lot more stressful. Rena Heron assisted him and was excellent too. They both really understood what buying a house meant to me and pushed the sale through under demanding timescales.

GoogleOutstanding service from James Smith (Branch Manager) and the team. It was my first time using the estate agent, I was impressed with the service - in this particular branch. I didn't bother to go elsewhere after I done some research myself, they seem is the one letting out most of the properties in BR2 - in super fast speed. So, if you are looking to let out your property or rent, this is where to go. Thank you so much for your help, James and the team.

GoogleI became a ‘fully managed’ landlord with Mann Lettings Beckenham in February 2015 for the rental of a one bedroom flat I own in the area. James Smith and his team found my first tenants for me and recently managed a renewal of that tenancy. I’ve been impressed with all aspects of the service - James and his colleagues are friendly, professional and prompt in replying to queries, getting things done and keeping me informed of progress. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mann Lettings Beckenham to any current or prospective landlord.

GoogleFantastic Service, courtesy of Lisa. We are experienced Landlords looking to start adding properties in the area to our portfolio. Lisa went out of her way to ensure we knew what was happening all of the way through the transaction. She always responded to calls or emails and got us the information we needed without any fuss; even down to ensuring that the lettings team found us a tenant to move in on Saturday. Lisa, an agent at Mann, took us around a couple of properties and really made the effort to get to know exactly what we were looking for. She also arranged for us to speak to Mann's mortgage broker. Throughout the process, Lisa kept us updated and was quick in responding to any queries we had. Thanks very much for making this potentially stressful time so easy and enjoyable! GoogleThe staff were vey helpful. They kept me informed at all stages and once the offer had been accepted they ensured everyone kept to their timetable. They had to chase the solicitors and also the buyers. This was a particularly awkward time because of the rush by an unusual number of buyers who were trying to beat the stamp duty holiday. All I can say is that they were excellent and much easier to deal with than other well know chains.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
