Never answer emails… have been emailing for two weeks now and still no response!

I have contacted your directly about this now but the reason your emails were not answered was because your were replying to an email, sent to you last year and from an account that is not monitored because it only sends payment receipts! GoogleWe recently rented a flat through Langford and Russell and our estate agent was Jack Cuthbert, he was so friendly, helpful and made the expeirence alot less stressful considering we had a few hiccups along the way. He always understood where we was coming from and definitely fought our corner when needed. Cant recommend enough!!

Awful, no contact. no communication. Just take your money and forget you. Very annoying and disappointed. say one thing, do another. leaving you without a place to actually live. No updates, just shrug every issue off like its not there fault. What good is this, they are meant to manage the property.
