We are so happy we decided to sell our property with Siobhan at KFH Beckenham. We had an offer before it had even been advertised on their website. Everything was handled effectively and professionally. Siobhan went above and beyond to ensure the chain and process kept moving, keeping us updated throughout, even with the usual curve balls that come when selling and buying a property. We would suggest keeping as much within the company partners as possible (we purchased our new home with the KFC Crystal Palace branch) and using their recommended surveyors and solicitors to ensure swift communication throughout. I contacted KFH Beckenham regarding our move from Lincoln back to where we used to live (Hayes, West Wickham area) looking for a rental property. They kept me regularly updated with any new properties and were professional and accommodating throughout. I had contact with several members of staff who were all incredibly professional and helpful but must give a special mention to Samuel who did the impossible to secure us a rental in the most difficult of circumstances. He was really personable and knowledgeable and because of such great staff would highly recommend this estate agents. Thank you so much , all your help was invaluable and we are so grateful.

Siobhan acted as the estate agent for our sale and she was absolutely fantastic! She proactively kept in touch with our buyers throughout the whole process so that she was always completely up to date whenever we spoke to her. She was instrumental in keeping momentum going with the solicitors, and making sure that everything moved as fast as it could. We always received prompt, effective responses, and always had full confidence in the information we received. We worked with Andrew Stavrou and KFH for the sale of our house and could not have been more pleased with this decision. When we first met Andrew he promised that he would be proactive, transparent and sell our house. He did not disappoint. From day one the firm was easy to get a hold of, kept us up to date with the progress and were indeed very proactive with viewings and advice on how to move forward. Our sale wasn't the most straightforward due our buyers solicitors being unresponsive but Andrew was constantly on the case, following up, chasing and keeping us informed and calm throughout. Fantastic experience! Everyone at KFH was excellent throughout the whole process, in particular Siobhan. Siobhan has great local knowledge and was able to accurately assess my property and bring in a steady stream of genuine buyers making the sale a breeze! Even though the sale was mired in the usual complications caused by solicitors and housing associations Siobhan and the KFH team worked incredibly hard to keep things moving and ensure I was always aware of what was going on. Always responding to emails the same working day (but almost always within the hour!) and rang me when when she said she would - can't recommend highly enough!

We have never let our property before and therefore finding the right letting agent was quite challenging. We were pleased with our experience with KFH who explained to us every step from letting the property to giving the keys to a new tenant. KFH @ Beckenham gave us a superb experience in selling our house. Siobhan was our first contact. She came to see us and was confident our house would sell fast. She weren’t wrong. The next day we had 4 viewings. The lads Aaron and Dan also got involved, they all had there contacts and between them we lost count on how many viewers we had in a week. Eventually after only 11 days our house was sold. It was Anca who made the sale and we can not praise her enough. She took control and did everything for us. Constant updates and communicating with both solicitors making sure everything run smoothly. Today we exchanged contracts.(8 weeks) And people say selling can be very stressful, not with these guys on board it’s not. Thanks to all of you but a special thank you to Anca. Original review was for a rental - this review is for a sale. We also note that we have been using KFH for years and have bought, sold and rented with them. Maxine was always straight with us from the beginning. During brexit negotiations it was hard to sell our house due to the bad market. Maxine and the team were patient and allowed us to wait for the right time to sell. They were more like consultants than estate agents and did everything they could for us to sell at the right time for a reasonable market value. This is why they deserve a solid 5 star rating. (They are not the cheapest but in my opinion are worth every penny for the support given throughout). Thanks for the patience and for making this an easy sale in the end. We appreciated the help, good advice and honesty throughout . all the best ******************************* As estate agents go I don't think you'll get better in South East. We have bought sold and rented from kfh Beckenham and always receive a decent service. Rentals could be a little more thorough as the property we rent although new had a lot of issues that needed sorting and continue to do so. Although granted that they are only a middle man and the true responsibility lies with the landlord - communication could have been better handled and the promise of a cleaned house should have been executed. Note that if it hadn't been for the rental would have give 5 stars. We've had good dealings with Maxine and Jack - both calm and knowledgeable personalities.

KFH, and Anca in particular, were absolutely fantastic throughout our house purchase. We'd dealt with another local estate agent prior to KFH and had a bad experience. With KFH, however, as soon as we spoke to Anca I felt we had someone who was reasonable, clear and transparent - a total contrast to what we'd experienced before. As first time buyers, Anca was always patient, helpful and prompt in her comms as we progressed through the purchase - she even facilitated a couple of house visits after we'd had the offer accepted so we could take measurements etc. I would definitely use KFH again - thank you, Anca.
