GoogleI have been very impressed with KFH from the moment they came to value our house until the completion of the sale. We had been with a previous estate agent for 6 months and as soon as we changed to KFH, they sold it very quickly. Andrew was extremely professional and excellent at updating us every step of the way. I highly recommend KFH. They entire team gave a 5 star service at all times.

GoogleI cant praise the service I received from KFH enough. Catherine was outstanding in her attentiveness and she was not alone. Every time i went into the office, I was made to feel very welcome. They even printed out some documents for me as printer at home was out of ink. Top class service

GoogleMy wife and I had a great experience with KFH Beckenham. During the sale of our property we were dealing with a team of people who really cared. Despite a few ups and downs at the beginning of the sale Jack Greenhalf was fabulous at always keeping us up to date and returned our calls and emails promptly pretty much the same day. Thank you for all your efforts Jack! It was not easy but you have achieved it.

GoogleI would like to say big THANK YOU to Billie Blankson for helping us finding our new home. Since the first moment I had a great feeling after I spoke on the phone to Billie. We were struggling to find a new place for me, my partner and his son as our annual earnings were refused by every company we tried. But Billie was actually the one who phoned me after I applied for one of your company's offers on the internet. She was very patient and explained me all of the options. That day we've seen a few flats with her and it was actually such a great day, we felt very comfortable having Billie with us, she gave us her opinions, again I have to mention her amazing patience, she gave us time we needed at each property, me and my partner could comfortably talk to her and ask questions. I must say she is doing her job fantastically and naturally. I have never met any estate agent like her and it was a big pleasure to meet her.

GoogleIsmail Huseyin was amazing! We're new to the UK and we were completely lost when it came to finding the right home. He helped us and made sure that we found the right place. He answered all my calls, responded to all my emails, drove me and my wife around to show us several properties. He definitively made us feel at home in a new country. Thanks to all his help, hard work and amazing people skills we now have a place we can call home for the next years. We're extremely grateful and have already recommended Ismail and KFH to some of our neighbours that are looking to either rent or buy a new place. GoogleI have met Mr Andy Parker three years ago for viewing a property.I did not take the offer than but regret to not doing so.Three months ago was not the question to contact Kfh Beckenham based on the top selection of properties they had.I have met Andy again in the office and he remembered me which demonstrate a person who cares and love what his doing. Within 24 hours we have been informed that the landlord agreed the conditions and we have a new flat. I wish to everyone the same professional service to receive as we were able to experience.Thanks for Andy and the team at Kfh Beckenham they are true ambassadors of the firm and the wright example for others on the market.

GoogleAlthough I did not secure a property through Kinleigh Fokard & Hayward, the level of service provided by Sharell was excellent. She delivered unparalleled customer service, was very welcoming and always communicated the required where necessary. She was super efficient, by getting on the case of finding properties within a couple of hours of providing my specification and assured me throughout the process. The only reason I did not complete was dependant on my job location. I would not hesitate to highly recommend any friends or family should they need to let.

GoogleOutstanding The team made us feel like we were there only clients in pushing the sale of our flat in what was a rather difficult market and time of year. Viewings were quickly arranged and the team gave us feedback the day after all viewings it was helpful and constructive. When the sale was agreed Sophie was brilliant.She kept us up to date and even chased the other agents sale below us when that agent was too tardy to get the facts rights. Great work and thank you for helping us move!

GoogleLast week we finished our re-mortgaging process. Contacted Kate Wallace as she was our mortgage advisor last time when we were first time buyers and we had received excellent service from her. Kate and her team (Georgina etc.) were very responsive and knowledgeable identifying a market leading rate and appropriate lender, according to our requirements. GoogleJust completed a sale with this estate agent after a terrible experience with a different Beckenham estate agent and wanted to say that Dan Chapman was terrific as were other members of the Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward team. My partner and I were happy about every aspect of the service from KFH and cannot recommend them highly enough - do not use anyone else!!

After seeing another mortgage advisor, Katie Wallace was fantastic, being a first time buyer, we was unsure about so many things, but Katie was able to explain everything in detail and so we understand what we were getting. GoogleDealt with a number of people at KFH all of which were polite, professional and thorough. Siobhan was excellent at chasing solicitors and ensuring everything went through smoothly and quickly despite it being over the Christmas period. When Siobhan was on holiday, she ensured we could discuss the sale with Sophie who was also excellent. They were also great with arranging the keys for surveys, quotes etc. Overall we were very happy with the service provided!

My first buyer unfortunately pulled out however when I found a second buyer Jonathan really did the business and got the sale over the line.
