We have been with KFH for close to 20 years. There is only one reason for this. In our experience, they stand head and shoulders above their competitors in Beckenham and have always given us 100% focus and attention to our needs. The lettings team and manager, Jesse has an abundance of experience for the market and the properties in the area and their advice has been priceless. They have always been responsible in finding us trustworthy professionals that have rented our properties on long term contracts - 8 years, 11 years, 3 years, 4 years, etc. For the latest rental, Ellie at KFH has been particular, tenacious, focussed and thorough in ensuring that the latest rental has fallen into place as smoothly as possible. She constantly kept us updated and 'in the know' of all bookings and developments. She is an asset to KFH and her attention to detail makes her a key player to have on our side.
