GoogleI recently used KFH Beckenham to assist with two mortgages and a property letting. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and driven on the mortgage side, finding suitable mortgage products when other brokers had been unable to secure the necessary loan to value. On the lettings side, Lily did a great job findings tenants quickly and coordinating all the moving parts to ensure everything was in place prior to property handover.

GoogleWe were renting through KFH Beckenham for 18 months and we have recently purchased our first home through them as well. From the rental side of things, we had a really smooth experience from start to finish. A few colleagues have been helped us with the purchase of our home. I would like to say thank you to Dan, who took us around several properties in the early days of our searches. He always lovely and really helpful with his advice. A big thank you to Catherine who supported us through the purchase of our new home! She was really flexible with viewings, gave us helpful advice and answered all of our questions. Our sales process didn't go as smoothly as initially expected so when things were rough it was great to have David there helping us through everything, chasing relevant parties and doing everything he could to make things go smoothly. Lily was amazing, she gave me lots of information about the area, the process of applying to rent in a step by step easy to understand guide. I found her to be really personable, knowledgeable and genuine. I have gone away armed with lots of information and will be contacting Lily once myself and my partner have found some properties to view.

GoogleWe had a very protracted period of nearly 11 months between securing an offer and exchange, which happened just recently. A set of circumstances that was nothing to do with KFH, but they managed the process well, in the beginning Dan was our contact and latterly Jack and both did a good job in keeping our buyer, and us, informed on a regular basis and ultimately secured the sale. A job well and would recommend KFH.

GoogleKFH Beckenham sold my property really quickly. Catherine was assigned to manage and see my sale to fruition, she extremely efficient, hard working, responsive and kept me up to date at every step of the process. All the staff from Maxine initially completing the valuation of my property and all the team who helped with viewings were highly professional. I can't recommend the team at KFH highly enough- I definitely chose the best estate agents in the area.

Google30/03/2023 Since Writing the below review relating to the sale of my mums house we bought an apartment through KFH, Again they provided an amazing service in what was a difficult transaction, Catherine was determined to make the purchase work for us, did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it, even intervened on her days off, and was on the ball constantly, not all estate agents are idiots and KFH Beckenham prove this. Switched to KFH after our initial choice of agent in Beckenham was a complete waste of space, and failed to sell our house when the market was booming. Jonathan at KFH Beckenham inherited the task and got the house sold for us in later testing times. He is very professional, knows his stuff, calls and emails when he says he will, and has great negotiation skills. we have since dealt with others in KFH Beckenham to also make a separate purchase, David, and Catherine, are also lovely people and a credit to KFH.

GoogleFrom the very first viewing (where Jonathan forgot to arrive and left me waiting for 15 minutes without contact, never showed up or apologised), right up until the end where we had to chase the keys after completion, the whole process was a shambles - Jonathan made us feel pressured and like we were the root of the problem when it actually came down to him promising his vendors too much in too short a time frame. Pressuring buyers because an estate agent has 2 sets of commission at stake is in my opinion, pretty nauseating. When we requested information we would wait for sometimes a week before any follow-up but were expected to have immediate answers for Jonathan should he require them. Added to this, he failed to mention that the Vendor's mortgage was expiring until after the December holidays (a month into the process) by which point, we and our solicitors were placed under unreasonable pressure to complete a leasehold purchase in less than 8 weeks - an impossible time-frame. He clearly knew this was the case as our current neighbours viewed the property to purchase in October 2022. I think it also prudent to note that as the agent for the property, he should (at the most basic level) know what comes included with the property. For almost 3 months we were led to believe the loft was included in the lease and it wasn't. This meant last minute renegotiation which was the last thing we needed and meant we almost lost the property. No aknowledgement from management apart from - well we hope it's all a thing of the past now you're in. I would steer well clear.

The main difference with Lily was her help with everything surrounding the property to make sure we didn't miss anything before we moved in. She even looked after our Baby for us when we were measuring up the property! A big well done and thank you from us to Lily and the team

GoogleI recently exchanged contracts on the sale of my flat with the process being handled by David Rogers. David was patient and kind throughout and always a reassuring presence and calming influence in person or on the phone. I am now looking forward to moving into my newly built property closer to my family. Grateful thanks also to all in the office who scanned and forwarded for me a vast quantity of documents and, I think it was Jack, even helped me sort out something which had been baffling me on my I phone! GoogleAs first time buyers and unsure of processes and requirements, David from KFH was informative and proffessional throughout, he also managed to negotiate us a fantastic reduction from the asking price. David, recommended we use a KFH Broker Lee, to assist us in finding our a mortgage, for anyone doubting whether they can get a mortgage - this man knows his stuff ! The appointed solicitors , who also work along side KFH were fantastic ! Abigail was so responsive and wonderful to liaise with. The purchase was smooth from start to finish, we would recommend KFH without any hesitation, great service. David and Lee - thank you for making our dreams come true !

GoogleKFH Beckenham were great to deal with as first time buyers, professional, helpful and supportive throughout. Catherine Wood was fantastic from start to finish, working to find multiple properties that suited our requirements to see at the same time including one that went on the market that day. She was really helpful throughout making an offer, agreeing a purchase price and during the purchase process. Catherine was on top of everything, chasing all parties to make sure things were moving - this was particularly appreciated as we had a bereavement mid-way through the process (which initially Catherine was unaware of). Very happy with our experience, especially compared to interactions with other estate agents we encountered during our search and a separate purchase that fell through.
