GoogleAn excellent rental service provided by Jonathan W at this branch, in relation to sourcing a rental property for my elderly parents. Jonathan was attentive and took note of their requirements, in order to source the perfect property for them. He made the whole process a smooth one supported by Simone and kept us abreast at every stage of the process, providing hands on support as relevant. I highly recommend this particular branch for sourcing a rental property.

GoogleSadly, KFH allowed/encouraged a landlord to interview me and requested personal information (after references were passed) because the landlord had a bad experience in the past. Everything was proceeding & seemed fine, and then 5 days before the expected move date, the landlord "changed their mind due to inconsistencies in payslips". Even though my salary is double what was required. Felt like an excuse and should just be upfront about it. There was no further help to get me & my baby another home with knowledge of an existing tenancy coming to an end. Nothing personal to the reps, it's just that customers should be protected. That's kinda the whole point in being an agent - be the shield in the middle. ππ½

David was super helpful throughout the process - responding to my seemingly never ending questions about the process, providing regular updates on the status and acting as a great point of contact between the vendor and solicitors. His knowledge of the area was invaluable and helped me make the right decisions on the property. The rest of the KFH team were also great and really reaponsive

GoogleJust completed on another sale of a property through KFH Beckenham. They have been, and remain the only company I would use. Maxine is honest from the outset, knows the local market so well, and always achieves what has been promised. The team she heads up are, smart, keen and dedicated to providing a 1st rate service. No doubt, 1.5% commission can be beaten but they make the process of selling a property almost enjoyable!! I have known others go for the cheaper option, only to find out to their cost, in terms of frustration and stress, that there really is no substitute for experience and professionalism in any field of business. In my humble opinion Maxine and her team are what all estate agents should aspire to be.

GoogleMy overall experience finding a flat to rent at short notice with KFH was exceptional. I had a couple of weeks after I left my other premises due to a ridiculous rent increase. I spoke to Lily Elvery (who was extremely helpful) on a Friday morning and she arranged a viewing that evening. I made an offer and Lily put all the paperwork through on that Friday evening and my offer was excepted by Saturday afternoon. She sorted some problems & issues I had with the flat deposit and it all went through easily. I moved into the property 2 weeks later and I am very pleased with the service I recieived and would definately recommend KFH Beckenham branch to anyone buying or renting property. Thank you Lily once again π

GoogleHuge thanks to Catherine Wood at KFH, who is one-of-a kind in her industry. She is exceptionally knowledgable both about the properties she is selling and the local area. She also really takes the time to understand in detail what a prospective buyer is looking for in order to find a good match for them in record time. An excellent communicator, Catherine is extremely good at presenting properties to buyers and is very proactive at checking in with buyers each week to make sure they haven't missed a property which is newly on the market or which they may have overlooked but could be a good option. On every viewing, she provides all the information clearly and is at the ready to answer questions and make suggestions while allowing plenty of time for buyers to take in the details for themselves and form their own opinion. She was always very clear and straightforward in representing the position of the vendors to us so we could understand how things might progress. Catherine has a deep understanding of pricing in the Beckenham market in particular which is important in order to feel confident that the transaction is being handled fairly and respectfully to all parties. We are so grateful as buyers for all the help and advice that we received that we have already started recommending Catherine to friends in the area who are looking to sell properties and will definitely be seeking her help when we eventually come to sell our property. Very highly recommended.

GoogleWe have been looking for a place to move into for a few months now and was getting a bit frustrated and anxious but thankfully, there was KFH. We saw a property, called the number and asked if we could arrange a viewing and the lettings negotiator, Kenneth Odum, was more than happy to obliged. He asked the right questions was quite accommodating and maintained a professional tone throughout. My husband managed to view the property later that day and by the next day, our offer has been accepted. Referencing started quite quickly too. Kenneth is good with what he does and we appreciate you. He is efficient, and he has provided us a commendable service. Please continue to keep up the good work and thank you for helping us.

GoogleWe recently rented a property with KFH and honestly, we were surprised by how smooth everything was. There were no hiccups, no complications, everything was straightforward. Our letting agent was Holly. She was fantastic, she dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. She was always there to answer our questions, however stupid they may be. Right up until the day we got our keys, she was still helping us even though it was no longer her job. We would definitely recommend Holly and KFH to anyone looking to move.

He organised and attended numerous viewings, updated us regularly, liaised with the buyer and acted as an intermediatory.
