GoogleWe have just started a tenancy with KFH Beckenham and found the whole process to be extremely well-managed and smooth. Every member of staff we have had contact with has been exceedingly helpful, especially Sonny, who has been our main point of contact throughout. We are long-term renters, who have dealt with many estate agents over the years, and KFH Beckenham have been the best by a long way. We highly recommend!

GoogleI recently purchased a property through KFH. Dan was super helpful, from the beginning through to the end of the process. Always on hand to answer any queries and made time for follow up viewings to measure up etc. I also used Lee, the mortgage broker who was very knowledgeable and took all the stress out of arranging my mortgage. The whole process was extremely easy and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleHighly recommend Catherine Wood of KFH in Beckenham. She has an extremely pleasant, upbeat, 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills. After disappointingly loosing the buyers of our flat just before completion, Catherine took over and matched us with new buyers very quickly then looked after the sale brilliantly from start to finish even picking up correspondences on her days off! A safe pair of hands and a very lovely person.

GoogleSaffron went above and beyond to get us our home. She was amazing from the first phone call to completion. We could not have ask for a more professional and helpful agent. The process was complicated for us as I have a limited company, but Saffron was always on the end of the phone to help with any questions we had. Saffron even arranged for us to bring our dogs to the office as the landlord wanted to meet them, something I'm sure is not done everyday. GoogleEDIT: The below review is still correct but I’m lowering my rating since moving into my rental property. The flat was not cleaned prior to my move and some things were left such as paint and a cleaning bucket. The kitchen was full of grease. The heater in the bedroom is broken and it has taken them more than a week with no updates as to when it will be fixed. As a tenant this seems to be another mediocre agent not doing their job properly or caring for tenants… Old review: Emi has done a great job in clarifying all my questions and getting back to me promptly on any questions I had regarding the property or the contract. There was a lot of paperwork to go through but Emi made it an easy process. Keep up the good work!

GoogleWe bought through KFH Beckenham in April, and although we're really conscious that we were driven up to our highest price by the agent, we would really like him on our side when we next come to sell! We dealt with Dan during our purchase, which was cutting it very fine to the stamp duty deadline. Dan took on the role of 3 other agents, coordinating the chain and liaising with solicitors to ensure the chain didn't fall through. Exchanging and completing within a whisker of the 30th June deadline was due solely to Dan's herculean efforts over a sustained period. GoogleI wanted to move out of my old flat for a long time as the kitchen was mouldy and smelly. Kerri Georgiou has been super helpful to help me find a new flat. Kerri understood what I wanted, so sometimes when I went online and saw some interesting flats, I called her and she would tell me that this flat was not suitable for me because it's not big enough for my furniture or that was not ground flat and so on. So, it saved a lot of time to view some flats that I would not be interested in. I appreciated her help very much that I finally found a lovely flat through her help. Kerri is 100% committed to her job and offers first-class service.

GoogleDavid and the team were friendly and very professional right from the start of the process. The sale process started with Siobhan valuing the house. She was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Siobhan was very knowledge about the different houses/prices on my street and thus convinced me to go with KFH. David took on the sale of the house. He organised multiple viewings. David kept me informed at all times and secured a sale very quickly. David has been great to work with from the get go. Andrew help out in the last steps of the exchange, he was very helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend KFH Beckenham as they take the stress out of the sale process. GoogleSimply the best service happens at KFH Beckenham. From start to finish I cannot express what a brilliant service I have had. All my requests were listened to and acted on. From the time I registered I had regular communication concerning what properties were available, punctual and knowledgeable viewings and a basically a fantastic service. Johnathan and his team are just brilliant. They pass messages on and return calls promptly, which is massively important during a house purchase Particular thanks to Johnathan (assistant manager) for his professionalism, caring approach and the ability to “make it happen”. Literally going above and beyond what was needed. This branch is superb and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Thanks so much.

GoogleWhat more can be said about Kerri Georgiou from Beckenham office, that hasn’t been said already! Absolute star! First class! We have been trying to move for last few months with other agents (from various letting agencies) wasting our time. After a chat with Kerri, she knew what we wanted and would only contact us with properties that matched our criteria, and they did 100%! Kerri’s service is very personal, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is a godsend to anybody that is fortunate to deal with her! GoogleSo glad we switched from out previous agent to KFH.I could not ask for more from David, He has brought us two offers for our place, the second one which we accepted. After he helped us liase with our buyer, both parties were able to settle on a price we were happy with within two hours. My husband speaks very well of him, and notices how he works very hard and often works very late. Most glad we are in good hands now that our property is under offer. Thank you David, we feel most blessed. I often walk in to KFH just to get advise and also details on the local market. All of their staffs has been most kind and helpful. Case in point: When we were on honeymoon and they came over for house views, they even helped us move our packages and mail inside.
