GoogleThe conveyancing process was a nightmare due to my solicitor not communicating properly. Catherine Wood was absolute amazing through it all - replied emails promptly, proactively helping sort out issues and getting things moved forward. During a few days when Catherine was out, Steph Baker helped out and she was amazing. Thank you both for all your help! Happy customer here.

GoogleKFH @ Beckenham gave us a superb experience in selling our house. Siobhan was our first contact. She came to see us and was confident our house would sell fast. She weren’t wrong. The next day we had 4 viewings. The lads Aaron and Dan also got involved, they all had there contacts and between them we lost count on how many viewers we had in a week. Eventually after only 11 days our house was sold. It was Anca who made the sale and we can not praise her enough. She took control and did everything for us. Constant updates and communicating with both solicitors making sure everything run smoothly. Today we exchanged contracts.(8 weeks) And people say selling can be very stressful, not with these guys on board it’s not. Thanks to all of you but a special thank you to Anca. Highly recommended professional service.

GoogleOriginal review was for a rental - this review is for a sale. We also note that we have been using KFH for years and have bought, sold and rented with them. Maxine was always straight with us from the beginning. During brexit negotiations it was hard to sell our house due to the bad market. Maxine and the team were patient and allowed us to wait for the right time to sell. They were more like consultants than estate agents and did everything they could for us to sell at the right time for a reasonable market value. This is why they deserve a solid 5 star rating. (They are not the cheapest but in my opinion are worth every penny for the support given throughout). Thanks for the patience and for making this an easy sale in the end. We appreciated the help, good advice and honesty throughout . all the best ******************************* As estate agents go I don't think you'll get better in South East. We have bought sold and rented from kfh Beckenham and always receive a decent service. Rentals could be a little more thorough as the property we rent although new had a lot of issues that needed sorting and continue to do so. Although granted that they are only a middle man and the true responsibility lies with the landlord - communication could have been better handled and the promise of a cleaned house should have been executed. Note that if it hadn't been for the rental would have give 5 stars. We've had good dealings with Maxine and Jack - both calm and knowledgeable personalities.

GoogleKFH, and Anca in particular, were absolutely fantastic throughout our house purchase. We'd dealt with another local estate agent prior to KFH and had a bad experience. With KFH, however, as soon as we spoke to Anca I felt we had someone who was reasonable, clear and transparent - a total contrast to what we'd experienced before. As first time buyers, Anca was always patient, helpful and prompt in her comms as we progressed through the purchase - she even facilitated a couple of house visits after we'd had the offer accepted so we could take measurements etc. I would definitely use KFH again - thank you, Anca.

GoogleAaron has been absolutely fantastic in helping me to buy and secure my dream flat. I have downsized, and the agent dealing with my house sale (at a different company) has been nothing short of useless...Thank goodness for Aaron, without whom the chain would have collapsed. My health has been poor recently but Aaron displayed empathy, patience and care at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, yet personable individual to oversee a home move and shoulder much of the stress associated with it. Thank you Aaron.

GoogleDan Chapman at KFH helped us find a home to buy and every moment was a pleasure. In my opinion Dan went above and beyond his responsibility to keep us fully updated on the process and ensured the chain progressed. Communication was great, knowledge and information was always spot on and most importantly he was a really nice guy that both me and my partner enjoyed talking to. GoogleSo I used KFH to purchase and again to sell my property in Beckenham so a fair amount of experience with them from both sides of the sales process. It's pretty obvious to say that whether buying or selling a house, it is a relatively stressful time, and one wants to feel as though they are being looked after - This was certainly the case for KFH. Siobhan was very involved in the purchase of my property and then both Siobhan and Dan in the sale. I had regular updates, and although the expected hiccup buyer and seller side, KFH made sure that house (especially sale side) was in constant process. I rejected one offer, but undeterred they pressed on and found me another buyer which completed, and I really appreciated the professional tenacity. All in all, I would definitely recommend them, it might be worth adding that I did use 2 other estate agents in the sales process, so there is a point of reference for this praise! Thanks team, and keep up the good work.

GoogleWe initially didn't go with KFH to market our property because we looked at cost, however the agent who was working for us was not pro-active so we decided to give them a go after all. I have to say the level of service was a step up and they were excellent. Dan was excellent, they got the property pictures done quickly, kept us updated on feedback and were pro-active with viewings. They secured our buyer and we then recommended them to our neighbour. They then sold her property too. Normally once the sale is agreed, the agent's take a back seat but not on this one. Siobhan Melaugh was absolutely outstanding. She single handedly took responsibility for the chain we were in, regularly chased and updated and went toe to toe with Solicitors giving them feedback and doing everything she could to organise exchange. I do not believe we would have exchanged without Siobhan's tireless efforts and help. If every agent and solicitor had her work ethic and determination, moving house would be simple. Thank you Siobhan, you were brilliant.

GoogleI initially listed my home with the sales team but the market dipped and I would not agree to the massive drop the sales team seemed able to justify. I then listed it with the lettings team and I was delighted with the response. Several visits were arranged in a matter of days. After 1 week I had to reduce the advised monthly letting fee by £150 which was frustrating but after approx. 2 moths my home was successfully with all terms acceptable to me. 2 concerns: 1. KFH overpriced both the sale and the letting fees initially so do your own research first; and 2. When house sales decreased I wish someone from the lettings team had approached me with letting as a possible option. NANCY INGLIS: Nancy was my lettings agent and was, from day one a 1st class negotiator. She listened to everything I expected and no prospect visited my home, who did not fit the brief I had provided. Nancy was great to work with, very personable, easily contactable with a real approachable and fun personality. I enjoyed meeting her and I could tell her clients enjoyed working with her too. A truly exceptional professional.

A special thanks to Dan Chapman who understood our requirements since day one, advising us about house viewings and by accompanying us throughout the process exceptionally. Once the offer was accepted we also started working with Lee Austin who was extremely supportive in explaining all the steps or any of our doubts, with useful advice. We would definitely work again and recommend the team.

GoogleI have found KFH to be a really good and proactive agent for me during the sale of my flat. My first buyer unfortunately pulled out however when I found a second buyer Jonathan really did the business and got the sale over the line.
