GoogleOur agent Kerri Georgiou was very helpful and showed us the property twice without any hassle. She gave us all the information we needed and always responded very quickly to our queries. It was pleasant to have an agent that was supportive in a stressful process. We would 100% use her services again. Tony & Olivia

GoogleSonny was helping me with a letting in the Beckenham area and was extremely helpful and accomodating from the beginning. He went out of his way to send me an offer form and kept me updated whenever anything happened with regards my application and I didnt have to chase or request an update once. Would highly recommend using KFH and thanks for all your help Soony.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on our flat in Beckenham, Siobhan Melaugh valued our property for a realistic but a price that we were extremely happy with and Anca sold it, she negotiated a great price for us and kept us updated throughout the process, she was right there hand holding the sale through to exchange of contracts. We also used their pannelled solcitors and Esther was amazing also, always free to answer any of my queries. The team are so communicative and proactive. A pleasure to deal with. I would reccomend KFH Beckenham to anyone buying or selling.

GoogleI bought a property through KFH completing on 28/9/17. I was particularly impressed with Siobhan Melaugh who was excellent at returning calls; and ensuring that all parties were kept informed. There was a long chain, and Siobhan managed it effortlessly. She's a consummate negotiator with a friendly personal demeanour (which calmed me down when things got stressful). I'd say Siobhan was very knowledgeable and tenatious. The rest of the team were polite and friendly always passed messages and returned calls. Thanks to Siobhan the sale held together and I'm about to move into my dream home. 🤓🤗

GoogleSiobhan and the rest of the KFH team have been amazing. The particular flat I was trying to buy had been on with another agent who just kept ignoring me, KFH responded immediately to my enquiry and I now have an offer accepted. Siobhan has been brilliant at liaising with both parties solicitors and kept me informed the whole time. Moving this time round has been far less stressful compared to agents I've dealt with in the past! I would definitely recommend KFH to both sellers and buyers.

GoogleI have used KFH to buy property's and also used them to let out my property. I have always found the company professional and very helpful. Being a New landlord I was made to feel at ease by Ismail Huseyin who informed me of what was required from me and was very knowledgeable in this area. Due to knowledge and professionalism I am pleased to say that I was able to get the right tenant into my property . One year later and no problems with the letting, and would strongly recommend Ismail to anyone planning to let out there property. Great customer service ! Thank you Mr Reid

GoogleWe found KFH to be first class. We sold a house in Beckenham and had Siobhan as our agent. Siobhan and team were always very efficient and communicated really well. They gave us realistic advice whenever we asked for it - what to accept and what to reject when negotiating. We got access to another view from Maxine (who manages the sale team) when we needed it. Siobhan was also very persistent on our behalf when we needed her to be - making it happen rather than sitting around waiting.

GoogleWe had an absolutely great experience renting a property with KFH. Our lettings negotiator Josh was superb; he really did go above and beyond for us. Josh was an extremely polite gentleman and was very patient and understanding to our situation which had been very stressful before dealing with KFH-he really is a credit to the company. Any time we called the branch and spoke to other members of staff we found them to be equally as pleasant and the whole experience has been very stress-free we are new relaxing in our new home with thanks to all at KFH, Beckenham.

GoogleI have been very impressed with KFH from the moment they came to value our house until the completion of the sale. We had been with a previous estate agent for 6 months and as soon as we changed to KFH, they sold it very quickly. Andrew was extremely professional and excellent at updating us every step of the way. I highly recommend KFH. They entire team gave a 5 star service at all times.

GoogleI cant praise the service I received from KFH enough. Catherine was outstanding in her attentiveness and she was not alone. Every time i went into the office, I was made to feel very welcome. They even printed out some documents for me as printer at home was out of ink. Top class service

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on our house purchase and couldn't be happier with the help and support we received from David Rogers at KFH Beckenham. He was always on hand to take our (numerous!) calls and help answer our queries. David was always kind and professional, and we really appreciate all his help!

GoogleMy wife and I had a great experience with KFH Beckenham. During the sale of our property we were dealing with a team of people who really cared. Despite a few ups and downs at the beginning of the sale Jack Greenhalf was fabulous at always keeping us up to date and returned our calls and emails promptly pretty much the same day. Thank you for all your efforts Jack! It was not easy but you have achieved it.

GoogleI would like to say big THANK YOU to Billie Blankson for helping us finding our new home. Since the first moment I had a great feeling after I spoke on the phone to Billie. We were struggling to find a new place for me, my partner and his son as our annual earnings were refused by every company we tried. But Billie was actually the one who phoned me after I applied for one of your company's offers on the internet. She was very patient and explained me all of the options. That day we've seen a few flats with her and it was actually such a great day, we felt very comfortable having Billie with us, she gave us her opinions, again I have to mention her amazing patience, she gave us time we needed at each property, me and my partner could comfortably talk to her and ask questions. I must say she is doing her job fantastically and naturally. I have never met any estate agent like her and it was a big pleasure to meet her.

GoogleIsmail Huseyin was amazing! We're new to the UK and we were completely lost when it came to finding the right home. He helped us and made sure that we found the right place. He answered all my calls, responded to all my emails, drove me and my wife around to show us several properties. He definitively made us feel at home in a new country. Thanks to all his help, hard work and amazing people skills we now have a place we can call home for the next years. We're extremely grateful and have already recommended Ismail and KFH to some of our neighbours that are looking to either rent or buy a new place. Congratulations KFH for having such an amazing person on your team!

GoogleI have met Mr Andy Parker three years ago for viewing a property.I did not take the offer than but regret to not doing so.Three months ago was not the question to contact Kfh Beckenham based on the top selection of properties they had.I have met Andy again in the office and he remembered me which demonstrate a person who cares and love what his doing. Within 24 hours we have been informed that the landlord agreed the conditions and we have a new flat. I wish to everyone the same professional service to receive as we were able to experience. Thanks for Andy and the team at Kfh Beckenham they are true ambassadors of the firm and the wright example for others on the market.

GoogleAlthough I did not secure a property through Kinleigh Fokard & Hayward, the level of service provided by Sharell was excellent. She delivered unparalleled customer service, was very welcoming and always communicated the required where necessary. She was super efficient, by getting on the case of finding properties within a couple of hours of providing my specification and assured me throughout the process. The only reason I did not complete was dependant on my job location. I would not hesitate to highly recommend any friends or family should they need to let.

GoogleOutstanding The team made us feel like we were there only clients in pushing the sale of our flat in what was a rather difficult market and time of year. Viewings were quickly arranged and the team gave us feedback the day after all viewings it was helpful and constructive. When the sale was agreed Sophie was brilliant. She kept us up to date and even chased the other agents sale below us when that agent was too tardy to get the facts rights. Great work and thank you for helping us move!

GoogleLast week we finished our re-mortgaging process. Contacted Kate Wallace as she was our mortgage advisor last time when we were first time buyers and we had received excellent service from her. Kate and her team (Georgina etc.) were very responsive and knowledgeable identifying a market leading rate and appropriate lender, according to our requirements. Their communications were excellent and at no time were we chasing them for answers to questions we had asked. A thoroughly professional service. Thanks, Shiril

GoogleJust completed a sale with this estate agent after a terrible experience with a different Beckenham estate agent and wanted to say that Dan Chapman was terrific as were other members of the Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward team. My partner and I were happy about every aspect of the service from KFH and cannot recommend them highly enough - do not use anyone else!!
