GoogleSo I used KFH to purchase and again to sell my property in Beckenham so a fair amount of experience with them from both sides of the sales process. It's pretty obvious to say that whether buying or selling a house, it is a relatively stressful time, and one wants to feel as though they are being looked after - This was certainly the case for KFH. Siobhan was very involved in the purchase of my property and then both Siobhan and Dan in the sale. I had regular updates, and although the expected hiccup buyer and seller side, KFH made sure that house (especially sale side) was in constant process. I rejected one offer, but undeterred they pressed on and found me another buyer which completed, and I really appreciated the professional tenacity. All in all, I would definitely recommend them, it might be worth adding that I did use 2 other estate agents in the sales process, so there is a point of reference for this praise! Thanks team, and keep up the good work.

GoogleWe initially didn't go with KFH to market our property because we looked at cost, however the agent who was working for us was not pro-active so we decided to give them a go after all. I have to say the level of service was a step up and they were excellent. Dan was excellent, they got the property pictures done quickly, kept us updated on feedback and were pro-active with viewings. They secured our buyer and we then recommended them to our neighbour. They then sold her property too. Normally once the sale is agreed, the agent's take a back seat but not on this one. Siobhan Melaugh was absolutely outstanding. She single handedly took responsibility for the chain we were in, regularly chased and updated and went toe to toe with Solicitors giving them feedback and doing everything she could to organise exchange. I do not believe we would have exchanged without Siobhan's tireless efforts and help. If every agent and solicitor had her work ethic and determination, moving house would be simple. Thank you Siobhan, you were brilliant.

GoogleI initially listed my home with the sales team but the market dipped and I would not agree to the massive drop the sales team seemed able to justify. I then listed it with the lettings team and I was delighted with the response. Several visits were arranged in a matter of days. After 1 week I had to reduce the advised monthly letting fee by £150 which was frustrating but after approx. 2 moths my home was successfully with all terms acceptable to me. 2 concerns: 1. KFH overpriced both the sale and the letting fees initially so do your own research first; and 2. When house sales decreased I wish someone from the lettings team had approached me with letting as a possible option. NANCY INGLIS: Nancy was my lettings agent and was, from day one a 1st class negotiator. She listened to everything I expected and no prospect visited my home, who did not fit the brief I had provided. Nancy was great to work with, very personable, easily contactable with a real approachable and fun personality. I enjoyed meeting her and I could tell her clients enjoyed working with her too. A truly exceptional professional.

GoogleI have found KFH to be a really good and proactive agent for me during the sale of my flat. My first buyer unfortunately pulled out however when I found a second buyer Jonathan really did the business and got the sale over the line. I'd heartily recommend KFH and Jonathan in the Beckenham branch! Many thanks Jonathan and all the team.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on our flat in Beckenham, Siobhan Melaugh valued our property for a realistic but a price that we were extremely happy with and Anca sold it, she negotiated a great price for us and kept us updated throughout the process, she was right there hand holding the sale through to exchange of contracts. We also used their pannelled solcitors and Esther was amazing also, always free to answer any of my queries. The team are so communicative and proactive. A pleasure to deal with. I would reccomend KFH Beckenham to anyone buying or selling.

GoogleI bought a property through KFH completing on 28/9/17. I was particularly impressed with Siobhan Melaugh who was excellent at returning calls; and ensuring that all parties were kept informed. There was a long chain, and Siobhan managed it effortlessly. She's a consummate negotiator with a friendly personal demeanour (which calmed me down when things got stressful). I'd say Siobhan was very knowledgeable and tenatious. The rest of the team were polite and friendly always passed messages and returned calls. Thanks to Siobhan the sale held together and I'm about to move into my dream home. 🤓🤗

The particular flat I was trying to buy had been on with another agent who just kept ignoring me, KFH responded immediately to my enquiry and I now have an offer accepted. Siobhan has been brilliant at liaising with both parties solicitors and kept me informed the whole time. Moving this time round has been far less stressful compared to agents I've dealt with in the past! I would definitely recommend KFH to both sellers and buyers.

GoogleI have used KFH to buy property's and also used them to let out my property. I have always found the company professional and very helpful. Being a New landlord I was made to feel at ease by Ismail Huseyin who informed me of what was required from me and was very knowledgeable in this area. Due to knowledge and professionalism I am pleased to say that I was able to get the right tenant into my property . GoogleWe found KFH to be first class. We sold a house in Beckenham and had Siobhan as our agent. Siobhan and team were always very efficient and communicated really well. They gave us realistic advice whenever we asked for it - what to accept and what to reject when negotiating. We got access to another view from Maxine (who manages the sale team) when we needed it. Siobhan was also very persistent on our behalf when we needed her to be - making it happen rather than sitting around waiting.

GoogleWe had an absolutely great experience renting a property with KFH. Our lettings negotiator Josh was superb; he really did go above and beyond for us. Josh was an extremely polite gentleman and was very patient and understanding to our situation which had been very stressful before dealing with KFH-he really is a credit to the company. Any time we called the branch and spoke to other members of staff we found them to be equally as pleasant and the whole experience has been very stress-free we are new relaxing in our new home with thanks to all at KFH, Beckenham.

We had been with a previous estate agent for 6 months and as soon as we changed to KFH, they sold it very quickly. GoogleMy wife and I had a great experience with KFH Beckenham. During the sale of our property we were dealing with a team of people who really cared. Despite a few ups and downs at the beginning of the sale Jack Greenhalf was fabulous at always keeping us up to date and returned our calls and emails promptly pretty much the same day. Thank you for all your efforts Jack! It was not easy but you have achieved it.

GoogleI would like to say big THANK YOU to Billie Blankson for helping us finding our new home. Since the first moment I had a great feeling after I spoke on the phone to Billie. We were struggling to find a new place for me, my partner and his son as our annual earnings were refused by every company we tried. But Billie was actually the one who phoned me after I applied for one of your company's offers on the internet. She was very patient and explained me all of the options. That day we've seen a few flats with her and it was actually such a great day, we felt very comfortable having Billie with us, she gave us her opinions, again I have to mention her amazing patience, she gave us time we needed at each property, me and my partner could comfortably talk to her and ask questions. I must say she is doing her job fantastically and naturally. I have never met any estate agent like her and it was a big pleasure to meet her.

GoogleIsmail Huseyin was amazing! We're new to the UK and we were completely lost when it came to finding the right home. He helped us and made sure that we found the right place. He answered all my calls, responded to all my emails, drove me and my wife around to show us several properties. He definitively made us feel at home in a new country. Thanks to all his help, hard work and amazing people skills we now have a place we can call home for the next years.
