GoogleI've been working on renting my flat with KFH Beckenham, particularly with Kerri Georgiou. Moving to the UK from overseas for work requires both agile and secure transactions and negotiations. KFH and Kerri have been wonderful and making everything go smoothly, and in an organised manner. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through KFH Beckenham and had a very good experience on the whole. The sales negotiator in charge of our case (Anca Daian) was very professional and communicative at all times. She continuously pushed the chain for information and kept things moving as best she could which took a lot of the stress off us and enabled us to reach completion relatively smoothly. Thank you again Anca for all your efforts.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I viewed a number of houses with a number of different estate agents and Andrew at KFH was the most professional we met by far. Then during the buying process which was definitely drawn out because of Covid-19 he was brilliant and looked after our interests and purchases perfectly. Can easily say we couldn't have done it without him. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAs a landlord was very impressed with Ismail who let out my property. Super fast turnaround, was willing to show people around at awkward times and I didn't have to chase for updates like is often the case with many agents. Top notch service from Ismail and to date the tenants have been great. Will definitely keep using.

GoogleDavid in particular was incredibly professional in supporting my transaction from start to finish. He pushed for the transaction to be completed by the deadline, and ensured we made it in good time. He is symbolic of what I think the new generation of agents need - to be more like relationship managers than pure agents.PositiveProfessionalism
