GoogleWe rented out our house through KFH..couldn't fault them! Lily from their Beckenham office was really good in sorting things out and getting back to us quickly with any questions we had. It was our first experience as landlords so we needed that extra hand holding and she was great. Highly recommend!

GoogleCan’t heap enough praise on Nancy Inglis (Beckenham Branch) - from the moment I walked in and explained my situation, she knew exactly the type of property I was looking for, came up with a shortlist of 5 and we went and saw all of them. Nancy gave me her honest opinion on the pros ans cons of each and 3 hours later I had paid the deposit on my preferred choice. Her great service didn't stop there - she helpfully guided me through the subsequent paperwork, from references and helpful information right through to signing the contract, checking in and picking up the keys. If you need to rent - ask for Nancy - you can't go wrong! Minesh

GoogleI found the service to be excellent and with no fuss. They keep in touch and provide regular updates. I found there was a steady flow of footfall into the property I was selling. I dealt with various members of the sale team all of whom are keen and proactive. My dealings were mainly with Sophie who introduced introduced my buyer. It appeared to me she brought balanced perspective to the sale as a whole which was decisive in encouraging both sides to agree a sale and purchase respectively. From there on she continued to be hands on in ensuring the transaction proceeded through until completion, steadily encouraging progress from both sides and sensibly dealing with the odd and inevitable disagreement that arose during the process between the parties.

GoogleWe were absolutely delighted with the excellent professional and attentive service provided by KFH Beckenham, in helping sell our house. Jack, who handled our sale, was superb from start to recent exchange of contracts. He kept us up to date regularly, was proactive in managing the buyer and their chain, and really was instrumental in ‘getting the deal across the line’. The advice he and colleagues gave was valuable and well thought out. The communication from all their agents was very good indeed and we achieved a sale within 7 weeks. However, they really earnt their fee with all the hard work that is needed behind the scenes in getting us to exchange of contracts - this should never be underestimated and was the reason we decided, rightly, not to use ‘online’ agents. I used KFH Beckenham to sell a previous house 12 years earlier and once again with this recent sale they totally delivered on what we wanted. Money well spent on a professional service, especially from Jack. I would 100% recommended. Thank you.

GoogleMaxine gave us a wonderful, friendly and professional service. My sister and I were very impressed right from our first meeting with the answers she gave to our quite complex inquiries and the holistic service and local knowledge she provided. We had thought that we would have to wait for some time before selling our house and that we might have to come down a lot from our initial asking price. But within the first week of viewing we'd had two very good offers, and indeed we sold to one of the offer givers. So this goes to show that Maxine's advice to us was both very helpful and realistic. I can't praise the service she gave to us too highly.

GoogleWe found KFH to be absolutely excellent when we were looking for a house. Siobhan actually listened to what we wanted (rather than bombarding us with things that didn’t fit our criteria) and then was a huge support in helping to move the transaction forward. Having been through one collapsed chain earlier in the year it was such a surprise to complete within 8 weeks of making the offer on the property and Siobhan’s efficient and organised approach was a big part of this. Would highly recommend KFH and will certainly use them if we need an estate agent in future!

It was a not uncomplicated purchase and all the way through Anca (big thank you to her, she was great) and the team were helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to try to make everyone in the chain happy. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone that we spoke to at the branch and we would use KFH Beckenham again.

GoogleI dealt with ismail when looking for a property to rent earlier this year. He was honestly so helpful from the start of the process- especially given that our personal/financial situation was not straight forward. He went out of his way to help us find somewhere which would be willing to accept us as tenants, and within literally a week or so had found us a property which we loved and accepted. The whole process from start to finish was made easy for us and everything explained. Couldnt be more grateful :-)

He's an excellent communicator, keeping us informed at all times, and went out of the way to drum up interest in our property. The rest of the team were spot on too - if I were to move again any time soon I would be straight on the phone to Jack.

GoogleMy husband and I have worked closely with Siobhan throughout our search (which has been very long!) and she has been so helpful. We really feel that she has gone above and beyond and the treatment we received surpassed that from the other agencies in the area. Our requirements were very specific and as soon as anything remotely resembling what we were after came on to the market, Siobhan contacted us to arrange a viewing. We really felt like we were guided through the process and had someone who cared about our search. If I was looking to sell a property in the area I would definitely use KFH, who have been the most proactive of the agencies we've dealt with. Thank you.

GoogleMy wife and I recently completed on renting a flat in the South East London area. We were greeted at the train station on our first viewing by a very friendly Ismail who had lived in the area for over 30 years. Ismail took the time to show us around the village, explaining all the good bits & explained why we'd love to live there. He also allowed us to explore the accommodation in our own time, there was no rush and we felt comfortable. From the moment we viewed the flat to the process in-between Ismail and KFH have been fantastic to work with, always on hand to answer any questions and very polite throughout. I'd certainly recommend them to friends and family and feel glad we managed to find our new house through them.
