The process was smooth and quick and our agent Josh promptly understood our needs since the beginning and was able to suggest the most appropriate solution in terms of house, spaces and location. GoogleWe recently completed a house purchase in South Norwood area and had an excellent experience working with the KFH Team. We opted to use KFH's mortgage broker who managed to provide an excellent service. Lee and Heather, thank you very much for being incredibly supportive and helpful during our first home purchase, you were truly a pleasure to work with. Your responsiveness was excellent, I also really liked the KFH document portal that kept the transfer of documents tidy. My only build would be to expand access of that portal to other parties in the purchase if possible, in particular the solicitors, who require the same documents. GoogleI bought my flat through KFH two years ago (using Anca Daian as my agent, who was excellent). When I wanted to sell earlier this year I immediately went back to them because I had been so impressed with them on my purchase. KFH got me loads of viewings, and within two weeks I had two offers to choose from, which was fantastic. Special thanks go to Dan Chapman who worked really hard to make sure that we were able to exchange contracts within the planned timescales. He went out of his way to keep me updated and informed which was really appreciated at a stressful time. I won't hesitate to use KFH again.

GoogleI had a good experience letting my property through KFH Beckenham. I dealt initially with Simone, and then Kerri who found me the tenants. The initial meeting didn’t feel like a hard sell but a professional and authoritative valuation. I was impressed that they had a large team of lettings staff, all aiming to arrange viewings to get my place under offer. The KFH network of branches worked well as they found a tenant who had not originally been searching in.Beckenham. Once they had found a tenant they were diligent about all of the checks and pre-rental processes and procedures. They were ‘on it’. Not the cheapest rental agency, but reasonable value for money, given their professionalism and quality of service.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHighly recommended if you actually want to get somewhere in a timely manner! We were looking for a home for almost 2 months. Kerri contacted me Friday afternoon after I enquired online, she sorted a viewing on Saturday for 2 properties, advised us about our offer on one of the properties which was then accepted that afternoon. Following this everything was completed and signed by the next weekend. 2.5 weeks or so after the viewing we moved in. A very quick, efficient and high standard of service.

GoogleFrom the beginning of our first initial call to Kerri at the Beckenham office, we were very pleased with the service and the help that we received when enquiring about a property we saw to rent. Within half an hour we were already viewing the property and that evening putting a holding deposit down as we were happy with everything we saw. Kerri seemed to go out of her way to help in the process and get things sorted quickly and easy for us, even if it meant working out of hours. Within a few weeks we had moved in, with a completely stress free process beforehand! The team in Kerri’s absence were just as keen and happy to help us and nothing was a burden. We were really impressed with Dan who dealt with us once our flat sold - he was really excellent; always in communication with us, and updated us throughout the process.
