GoogleWe just bought through KFH in Beckenham. Sales director Maxine did the very minimum she could get away with, and it really felt like a slog working with her. You call and leave messages and she invariably fails to get back to you. Other staff were pretty good and helped where they could but with Maxine it always felt like she couldn't be arsed with anything but getting her commission. Avoid if you can.

GoogleJust bought my property from KFH. Siobhan was really helpful getting me access to view and measure up and then totally on it with the stress of conveyancing queries, exchange and completion date nightmares. She managed to get me in in 8 weeks from offer to completion. Pretty good going....

GoogleUsed KFH, after my previous Estate Agent had been unable to find a buyer for my house after over five months of trying. It only took 3 viewings for an offer to be made, via Andrew Stavrou at KFH. Despite the chain being rather long, managed to complete before the stamp duty increase. People forgot that as well as finding a buyer, you also need the agent to manage the chain to ensure it holds together and you reach the finishing post.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe approached a few estate agents to handle the sale of our house and we are absolutely delighted to have chosen KFH for this. Since we were not hugely familiar with the process of selling property and expected to be out of the country before completion, we really needed someone who would take us through all the hoops on fire and guide us through the process as painlessly as possible. We first met Maxine who was an absolute gem! She explained the entire process extremely well and how she would recommend we approach the sale itself without forcing anything. She clearly had an in-depth knowledge of the area and local property market which put us at ease very quickly. The sale was then managed by David in her team who was equally polite, reactive and professional all the way through always seeking the best outcome for both parties in the sale keeping us informed regularly on how things were progressing. Whilst we are sad to part with our family home, David and Maxine played a huge part in making this much easier to cope with and find a lovely family who we are sure will spend many more happy years in this house. Keep up the good work David and Maxine!!

GoogleI have been incredibly impressed with KFH through all my dealings with David and the rest of the team. As I was selling my dads property and have moved away from the area I carried out some research and KFH seemed the best company to go with. They have been proactive throughout and extremely focused on selling the property. The aftercare once and offer was accepted was great, I have received regular updates on the buyers progress. All the team have been great with my dad, who is both elderly and disabled and very worried about downsizing after 40 years, even he has been very high in his praise of anyone he has seen or dealt with. I would happily recommend KFH to anyone in the area. David, Anca, Andrew and the rest of the team are fantastic.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
