GoogleThe team at KFH Beckenham managed the sale of my property very quickly and efficiently. I received updates at regular intervals without me having to chase them. There was a major obstacle that occurred which was beyond all our control and KFH helped navigate and get the best for both myself and the buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleLily from Beckenham branch has been absolutely amazing start to finish with helping find a suitable rental in the area. She never gave up the search for me when other estate agents from other estate agencies have let me down multiple times , Kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole process. She honestly seem to care about me as a tenant which doesn’t happen often . I couldn’t recommend KFH and Lily anymore if I tried and to be honest won’t ever be using any other estate agency if I need one in the future. Thanks again.

GoogleEasy to book in a viewing; took us to a few properties in the area on the same day which was great; easy to communicate with and with some delays, due to our buyer, Siobhan was very proactive in getting things moving and chasing solicitors. Happy to recommend KFH Beckenham and Siobhan

GoogleI have had the privilege of Lily's help regarding renting in the area on two separate occasions now and both times she has been massively helpful. After considering moving back in to the area from Kent she has been able to answer all our questions and provide us with all the information we need to make a decision that is best for our family. Very professional and friendly and we look forward to getting in touch when were ready to make the move :)

GoogleRecently sold our mum's flat through KFH Beckenham. It was an all-round positive experience. Our agent was Jack Greenhalf. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He very efficient and very pro-active, he kept us informed constantly of developments and progress, and in the end stages, when everything was getting into the frenzied stage of trying to co-ordinate the whole chain's exchange & completion, he worked so hard to bring everything to a conclusion on time. Throughout the process, he was also outstandingly polite, friendly and warm, a genuinely lovely person. All the Beckenham staff were excellent - efficient, polite and very likeable.

GoogleWe used KFH to sell or flat and they were really excellent. They sent 4 members of their sales team to view our property and speak to us, so they were informed about our flat and able to advise potential buyers. The person who eventually managed the sale (Catherine Wood) was also extremely helpful and engaged throughout the process and kept it all moving. We felt that KFH advised us well and helped us get the sale over the line. We would recommend them.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with a state agent(Sonny) who was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we started our search for a new home, he listened attentively to our needs and preferences, ensuring that every property he showed us was a perfect fit. His knowledge of the local real estate market was exceptional, and he provided valuable insights and guidance that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, promptly responding to emails and phone calls. What truly set this state agent apart was his dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedules, even arranging last-minute viewings when necessary. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the renting process, ensuring we felt confident and comfortable. Throughout negotiations, he displayed excellent negotiation skills, advocating for our best interests and securing a deal that exceeded our expectations. His professionalism and honesty was truly refreshing, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about finding us the perfect home. I cannot recommend this state agent enough. Their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them stand out in the industry. If you are looking for a real estate professional who is both professional and helpful, look no further.

GoogleI had an incredible experience with Mr. Sonny Oliphant and KFH in Beckenham. The end to end process was seamless. I felt in incredibly capable and credible hands, Sonny spoke with sheer confidence at all times and made me feel at ease. From start to finish the lettings process could not have gone better, even when some potential tennants had some great concerns, Sonny reassured them and got it over the line.
