GoogleI’ve been a customer of this branch of Big Yellow for over two years now. When I needed a storage solution after moving home for all the extra ‘possessions’ that I didn’t have room for I went to see them and discussed my needs. The staff were really helpful and attentive, understanding what I wanted and getting me a highly competitive quote. I didn’t need to look elsewhere as they had just what I needed. Moving in was very easy and I have been back regularly to rotate and check on my stored possessions. Always tidy, the lifts work and the building is easy to get to. When I needed to upgrade my requirements a year later the staff were again very helpful and got me the deal I needed. I can not recommend their facility and service enough to anyone looking for a storage solution in the area.

GoogleWe have had such a great experience with storing our house items at Big Yellow at Elmers End. We have used them twice and both times it was so easy and Andy and Karen at the front desk so friendly and helpful. They always remember us and are so kind. Will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleLiterally moved and stored 2 days ago at BBYSS. I could not fault them! The registration was quick and easy. Mike was extremely helpful and took his time helping me with accessing the unit and logging in/out. Thank you Desirae for helping me make my mind up a few months back!

GoogleThe staff members are very friendly and happy to help with any questions or worries. The storage is very good value for money but the latches on the doors can be a little loose. But still a good, clean space.
