TrustpilotAbsolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service. This estate agent really does have it all sown up. A seamless journey through what is classed as one of the most stressful things you can do. Special thanks to Sue Dermott who has always been highly professional with a friendly personality. Lydia Harrison shone through from the moment the property went live through the viewings we had she was able to secure a great price and keep us updated at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Also Joanne in sales progression was super helpful and knowledgeable about the whole stage of the conveyancing process. Well done team Tatler!! Five star ⭐️

FacebookHelped make the stress of being a first-time buyer a lot more straightforward. After having a purchase with another agent fall through, I was in contact with Karla at Karl Tatler, she was brilliant and in regular contact with me to check I was still in the market and would let me know every time anything suitable came up.
As luck would have it a property I had previously missed out on as wasn’t quick enough came onto the market again and she arranged a viewing for me the same day, by the end of the day I had my offer accepted.
Not long after that, I was contacted by Karen at the sales progression team who would be dealing with my purchase, she was in regular contact with myself the seller and both of our solicitors making sure everything was moving and would keep us updated, she even called to let me know as soon as the keys were collected for the valuation.
Karen was fantastic throughout; nothing was too much trouble dealing with anything that came up as quickly as possible and rang me the day before completion to let me know what would happen. On completion day we did complete later in the day due to waiting on some information from a third party, however, this was managed smoothly, and she even managed to arrange for a member of the team Jim to meet me later in the day to ensure I got the keys to my new home as soon as possible.

From the minute we decided to sell our house with Karl Tatler (Ellesmere Port) we were absolutely overwhelmed by the professionalism from Caria, (We felt very much like novices selling our house, which we have lived in for over 25 years). Carla was absolutely amazing and always at the other end of the phone if we needed anything! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Karl Tatler if we ever decided to move again. Many thanks for making our move a very easy one. Estate Agents at its very best 5*

GoogleI recently decided to rent out my flat as my job is over a 100 miles away. I received a flyer through my door from Karl Tatler - who had just opened a Bebington office - so I thought I might as well give them a try. Max and Charlotte (and others) have been very helpful in aiding the process of advertising the property and finding a suitable tenant (and all the other bits that go with the process). It is early days, but I hope the relationship continues to go as well as it has so far. If you have no other agent in mind, you might want to give them a call and try them out. I am happy that I did. Cheers Steve

GoogleThroughout the whole process of buying & selling our home, Tatler have been absolutely fantastic. Max Rossiter & the team at the Bebington office have taken the headache & the stress out of house moving. Max has continually kept us in the picture with regards the sale of our property & at what stage our buyers are up to. The team at Tatler have searched properties for us & made appointments to view knowing the kind of property we were looking for and within budget. Similarly the team at the Prenton office have searched & made appointments for us to view properties. I would definitely recommend Tatler as an Estate Agent. They go the extra mile.
We’ll done Team Tatler 😊

TrustpilotDon’t trust these idiots with anything
Don’t trust these idiots with anything, they are incompetent beyond belief and are only interested in making money. They have no interest in supporting their tenants and just let landlords do what they like. Can’t wait for May 26 when tenants will be able to put these people where they belong

GoogleSophie, Darren, Max and Charlotte recently assisted me in the sale of my property in the Wirral. They are a small team and work very closely together. Each time I contacted the office whomever I spoke to knew everything about the progression of the sale which was extremely helpful and refreshing not to have to repeat all the details. They are all very professional and friendly, gave good advice and were great communicators. I highly recommend them to future home buyers/sellers.

Very poor service from the start.
Sales on our property fell through due to their lack of communication. We withdraw our sale with them and received an outstanding service from BFL, who managed to get full asking price and completion in 9 weeks. Would not recommend.

FacebookI moved into a property through Karl Tatler 29th of Feb 2020. The pictures of the house on the website were not accurate but when I went and saw the house it look ok as you get to see it with the tenant’s furniture in it(hides everything is wrong with it). Let me tell you everything was dirty not even the minimal cleaning was done so I had to pay a lady to help me clean it(Im a single mum). When I told Karl Tatler and send them pictures they said they gonna take with the landlord then the landlord send a man 2 weeks later to clean like I was gonna stay like that for 2weeks. Furniture was left in the house that I also had to get rid off because the landlord said she wont do it and my list can go on and on,bathtub chipped my son cut his knee in it,mould at all windows etc etc.Now I just received a letter saying that the landlord no longer wishes to sign another agreement(nor do I) but they expect me to leave everything clean and tidy. How dare you??Never again!
