Heswall office -Awful service. Since my tennancy ended recently Its been quite a while since had any outcome regarding summary or deposit. Have contacted agency and spoken with Daniel who was okay while I was Tennant now that's ended. I have received nothing but poor communication. I have every right to contact my agency if I haven't heard anything after 10 days regarding my deposit explaining to them I have spoken to my landlord a lot and it's just going around in circles but I'm not even disputing anything I would just like a final outcome which not receiving. Called my agency a few times to see if they could follow up as I'm not getting anywhere and instantly no. I'm sure this agency is just supposed to help to follow up by not evening arguing just to see if there's any update as I'm not getting anywhere. I feel really let down.

Barely any communication, took the money and legged it, left us with no water in the new home with a mystery stop c0ck ,the woman who's house it were is also to blame for this horrendous situation as she turned off the water , 145.000 for a house with no water ,now plumbing fees through the roof ,cheers guys another excellent review (not) using the local gym toilets and showers currently, its a mystery how to how to find the cluedo stop c0ck the plumber doesn't know neither do united utilities, ive had easier games of chess and less costly. Doors hanging by a thread ,and the airing cupboard falling to bits , oh and the bedroom door handle came off in my hand when I turned it the other day. Who knew we would be buying a house that the third world would recommend.

FacebookI contacted Karl Tatler Sales team as I wanted to sell my house. Caleb (Karl Tatler Sales Negotiator) contacted me straight away and explained the process. The communication and support from Caleb has been brilliant - very helpful and always keeps me in the loop which is exactly what I wanted given we don’t live in the UK. Our house is about to go on the market so fingers crossed it will sell quickly to reflect the dedicated work Caleb has put in to get it on the market.

From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, & especially Rachel in the progression team, were dedicated to helping me achieve my goal of selling my property in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process Rachel was proactive in keeping me informed, providing regular updates, liaising with both my solicitor & the buyers solicitor. I have dealt with most of the estate agents on the Wirral over the years and Karl Tatler shows a professionalism that the others don't. FacebookThey lie through their teeth, have 0 morals, are ethically corrupt and cause nothing but carnage. Staff dont know if they need a wee or a haircut and then when you attempt to complain and explain to them how their deceit makes you feel the boss rings you up to kicks off and acts like a tyrant

Brilliant service from Karl Tatler. We put a property on the market at just about the worst time in the middle of December. Karl Tatler did a great job of the pictures/description and then proceeded to proactively phone around 200 matching clients. Viewings were generated even just before Christmas! I dealt with the Moreton branch and Clemmie Robertson was my dedicated sales advisor, she was exceptional, she has a real positive 'zeal' about her. She kept me well informed by phone and email and we have just agreed an offer. Highly recommend.

Due to ongoing matters further along the chain, the transaction took longer than expected, but we were happy with the communication we received, and the work that Karl Tatler did to keep us updated. We decided to sell our property with Karl Tatler (Little Sutton) in October this year, initially they came out and provided a valuation etc which was all fine. We decided to proceed and listed our property for sale with them, this is when issues began to arise. The initial listing was really poor with poor photos, incorrect property information and spelling mistakes throughout the listing. We asked to retake some internal photos which they did within 3 days, during this appointment I pointed out listing errors which were corrected. When asked to retake external photos they advised me they're too busy but would be in contact in the week when they can take them, 10 days later I had to initiate contact and ask them again to come and retake the photos. We received a request to view a couple of days later, after getting the property ready to view no one turned up. I contacted Karl Tatler to chase the viewer and it transpired they had booked the viewing on the wrong day, this resulted in loss of interest and a potential sale with no explanation or apology offered and they dodged the question every time I asked for an explanation. After consulting another estate agent I was advised this would have massively affected interest in the sale of the property because most interest is generated within the first 14 days and would need completely relisting. This was mentioned to Karl Tatler who's solution was a premium right move listing which wouldn't make a difference to interest. Communication has been poor throughout with contact only initiated when I have contact them. We have now given them notice to remove the listing and my phone hasn't stopped ringing with calls from them since. Incompetence is ripe, avoid if you actually want to sell.
