I moved into a property through Karl Tatler 29th of Feb 2020. The pictures of the house on the website were not accurate but when I went and saw the house it look ok as you get to see it with the tenant’s furniture in it(hides everything is wrong with it). Let me tell you everything was dirty not even the minimal cleaning was done so I had to pay a lady to help me clean it(Im a single mum). When I told Karl Tatler and send them pictures they said they gonna take with the landlord then the landlord send a man 2 weeks later to clean like I was gonna stay like that for 2weeks. Furniture was left in the house that I also had to get rid off because the landlord said she wont do it and my list can go on and on,bathtub chipped my son cut his knee in it,mould at all windows etc etc.Now I just received a letter saying that the landlord no longer wishes to sign another agreement(nor do I) but they expect me to leave everything clean and tidy. How dare you??Never again!

While we are ultimately purchasing a property through a different agent, I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review for Karl Tatler Bebington. They have helped us so much on our house-hunting journey. Their service was top-notch, consistently responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I can highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help!

We choose Karl Tatler as they seemed better with communicating back to us, they have been nothing but incredible. We had Max come out and value the property who has answered my 10,000 questions easily and friendly, Sophie took over with finding a tenet and viewings, the tenet was found the 1st day it went on the market, paperwork done straight away and move date the following week. All communications were seamless and I was kept upto date every step of the way. I would highly recommend using Karl Tatler.

I can’t praise this company enough! From start to finish they have been amazing in helping me through the process, keeping me updated, and finally selling my house within 4 days. I have bought quite a few houses in my time and this is definitely the best Estate Agent I have ever used.

Would recommend KT. The Wallasey team were very professional and communicative and kept us up to date throughout the process. Ours was a complicated process and there were some challenges along the way which were handled expertly by our Sales Progessor Sarah from the Heswall office who was outstanding. Thank you everyone

100% over would recommend the team at Karl Tatler. Nia in Greasby and Hannah & Joe in Prenton are all a fantastic representation of a company who 1 want to sell your house and 2 to find you a house. Other local agents you have to chase up and still don’t get a response from. The team who show you the property are also engaged and friendly.

Feeling Ripped off

Karl Tatler begged me to let them sell my house ,and promised they would get me over £700k after a year of reductions we accepted a byer at £638k the couple pulled out. Within 24hrs my ex wife was advised to reduce it 25k , they then told my ex wife selling it for £615k was a good deal !! Feeling ripped off is an understatement, stay clear they lie to get your business!!
