Absolutely horrible! They show absolutely no care in the world for their tenants! They forget whay they speak to you, they ignore you, and they don't seem to want to respect their contracts. Just for reference, I reported some relatively easy to fix maintentance issues 2 months ago and they still haven't been solved. They are just the worst! Stay away from them if you value your sanity

Bebington branch. Went to view a property with Jones and Chapman at a prearranged time to have the door shut in my face as agent had other viewers. Attempts to escalate to senior managers met with resistance Poor communication and customer service Reluctant to return.

GoogleThey have really bad service and they made us struggle a lot small issues like certificates giving us a lot of demand in order to get a renter and in the end they gave us a renter who apparently where really good with paying rent on time and where the best ideal people for us. But they actually don’t have the money to pay even for the the second month.

I am writing this review as a potential purchaser of a house on their site, the house was setup on a “modern auction”, which is short for “estate agent gets a lot of money and everyone else involved either gets less or pays more”. However my feedback is not based on that it’s about the complete lack of transparency of the purchase process or aspect of it.. The property sale page mentions it being sold under “modern auction” and refers to T&C.. and that where it ends with a reference, I searched the site there is no mention of “modern auction” anywhere about from the page where it’s, not what this means including..When the sale isWhat the terms of the sale areLegal pack availability (if any)The cost of the process...Nothing zip zero.. lack of transparency... just a bit but here is the kicker we were told twice VERBALLY only. That the fee was £6k... ( this is on a house with a “guide price of 63k ) no details on whether this was including or excluding VAT. However since it not written down anywhere on the site It could be a arbitrary figure.The “modern auction” is a rip off at the best of times and is under investigation by trading standards, due to lack of transparency. However Jones and Chapman if you are reading this please not there is a huge difference between lack of transparency, and no transparency with no supporting information available on you primary sales portal.

GoogleThe worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unhelpful, dishonest and unsympathetic. If you are a landlord avoid and if you are a renter avoid at all costs!!!! They will say one thing to get you signed up and then do a complete U-turn on it when you have signed. They will constantly say they will call you back and never do once you have signed and got a problem . If I could give 0 stars I would.

GoogleRecently booked an appointment, which I and my family attended, we where left waiting for over 30 minutes I can understand a previous appointment taking a little longer, but it is just plain rude to keep somebody waiting too long when they attended on time. Overheard a call whilst in branch where another customer attended a viewing and I can only assume that no agent was there to greet them. This is not the way to do business, Jones and Chapman need to understand what customer care means

GoogleMy husband and I were seeking a house to mortgage and have had some not so nice experiences, then I went to view a property handled by Jones & Chapman Estate Agent, Bebington Branch and the staff was just Awesome. They were very nice, thorough, pleasant and patient, while made sure all information was provided and understood. I am now living happily in my new house with my family Thanks to Jones & Chapman. I would happily recommended using this estate agent as they go beyond expectations and they provide professional service!

GoogleThis review is for Jones and Chapman Bebington I found a house which I loved and applied with Jones and Chapman Bebington. I had a difficult experience with a previous letting agents so I was anxious and worried about trying again with another. I can honestly say Joe, Vicky the whole team was absolutely fantastic. I was informed throughout this process, they were open, honest and spoke very highly of Jones and Chapman expressing how great it is working there. I found the process easy and quick. Staff their are fantastic and have outstanding customer service skills. I am now in my dream home thanks to them! thank you all

GoogleRebecca Brown, is the Simply the best! I had plenty of opportunites to go with other organisations. But Beccys personal hands on approch, is the kind if customer care I like. Well worth the fee. If you want to work with a company that explains all the jargon and litterally a call away. This is the agents for you!

GoogleWould highly recommend. I had Rebecca as my agent who helped me massively and found me a mortgage when nobody else could. My purchase took a lot longer than expected, not through any fault of there's but because of issues in the chain and Rebecca stayed in touch the whole time giving me updates more than my own solicitors.

Put house on the market and paid for the overpriced package.Signed contract , monies handed over then that was that. 3 viewings all carried out by me. I was promised an open house, booked a weekend away, never did i hear nor see sales man again once monies exchanged his words were " it's in our interest to find you somewhere to move to" , not even one contact , suggestion or follow up. Put in a complaint it was ignored. Took house off the market. Them some months later received a glossy brochure through the door with my house plastered all over the front as sold subject to terms. All my photos were on leaflet and these were distributed throughout the neighbourhood with no authorisation from me.They offered £50 , they breached their own contract.I didn't take the £50. I would not recommend them.

GoogleAfter having a difficult time with a previous letting agents, I decided to look at a property with Jones and Chapman. Fortunately I had Kyle showing me around the flat, who was a great help in this aspect, as it was my first place. He gave me very helpful advice and a full explanation of the flat and even took up his time to measure the room sizes. Within a week, Kyle and Jessica had sorted the flat and had it ready for me to move in. I find this to be amazing, considering the pervious property I looked into had taken over 4 months to get in touch with the landlord. I am very grateful to Kyle and Jessica for helping me through my move and making it much easier than I could have ever expected. I would highly recommend Jones and Chapman to all.

GoogleAfter having some issues with another branch in the Sequence group, we found a property with Kyle and Jess’s branch in Bebington and they made a difficult time so much easier. They went to great lengths to help us after we’d been given wrong information beforehand by another letting agent and were both extremely helpful and approachable with any questions or concerns we had. An all round great and professional service and a credit to the Sequence group.
