YellGREAT LETTING TEAM
The girls working on the lettings team in Jones and Chapman are an absolute delight and have been a pleasure to do business with. I have recently let out my 3 bed in Bebington and they found a tenant within 2 days! Just the service I was looking for, quick marketing, quick application for tenants, and they were all moved in within the following week. Will definitely be using their services again to find all my tenants.

I’d give no stars if I could. I tried to arrange a viewing but no-one returned my numerous voicemail messages or replied to e-mails. I then discovered that someone who works at the estate agent had put an offer in on the property. Maybe this is why they weren’t keen to contact me, despite the seller still wanting viewings to take place.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Told during a viewing a range cooker was included in the house sale at no additional cost. Informed this was a mistake made by the previous branch manager, and Jones and Chapman have confirmed for the second time in writing today that they're aren't responsible despite acknowledging the previous branch manager's mistake. Won't be using Jones and Chapman for sales or purchases in the future.

GoogleBuying a property through J&C using their in house broker Rebecca and she has been fantastic! Very quick and thorough when getting everything set up and explaining things to me. Instructed solicitors, survey and dealt with mortgage very efficiently. Always an email away if I have any questions. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

My 80 year old mother trusted these guys to help her with renting out a property that was her only source of income after my father died from dementia, absolutely disgusting, told my mother to "sort it out yourself"Wouldn't touch them with a a barge pole. dont go anywhere near them, absolutely putrid company :(

We were recommended a solicitor by J&C Heswall - who was based in Leeds ?? This solicitor was beyond useless and provided an appauling service resulting in unnecessary and unacceptable delays and expense. I found out that J&C received a commission in excess of £400 from this solicitor; perhaps this motivated J&C more than looking after their customers....

GoogleBuying a house with my partner, during a Pandemic, was shall we say... 'complicated'. We were first time buyers, and not very knowledgeable about the process. Rebecca always made herself available to answer any questions and alleviate our concerns, and we never went 24 hours without contact when we needed it. We are very grateful to her.

GoogleStruggled to get full deposit back when tenant left property in poor condition. Also it turned out that tenant had forged guarantor documents, which as I paid Jones and Chapman good money to do there due diligence checks, were obviously not done. Unprofessional in responding to my complaints to them, basically brushed it under the carpet. Would not use again.NegativeProfessionalism

I actually dont know how they sell houses and I certainly wouldn't be asking them to sell mine! I messaged over one property my mate messaged and called over three. Thats four houses and they did not reply once shocking. My advice do not waste your time

So far not good at all. Do not let your property with Jones and Chapman. My Tenants moved in 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my rent! Every day on the phone, another excuse. Still nothing. Emails, another sorry and excuse.

My grandparents always used Jones and Champan when they moved house, so did my parents and so do I. We have always received good service and have never had any complaints. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
