GoogleWent to view a property with Jones and Chapman at a prearranged time to have the door shut in my face as agent had other viewers. Attempts to escalate to senior managers met with resistance Poor communication and customer service Reluctant to return.

They were very quick at replies and solving any problems might come across. Would highly recommend the company. Jess and Kyle were great to deal with. Clare the branch manager was extremely professional, informative and knowledgeable. My home has only been on a few weeks and been sold. I went into the Prenton branch to speak to one of 3 people. The young girl on the front desk went to the back and was followed out by a colleague This lady stood there not a hello, good morning or how can I help but stood there and shrugged her body as if to say “what do you want”. Un beknown to me this person turned out to be the manager. Well first impressions count and I was so not impressed. It felt like I had interrupted her. The ladies I have been dealing with have all been helpful but by god this manager needs to change her body language.

I enquired about a property for sale via right move, I enquired again and again and got no reply, I then saw on the website the property had been reduced and called but they were permanently busy. I got through today to be told its now sold and when I mentioned the issue with right move they suggested I could have emailed them directly. So If you are a seller be warned, emails from prospective buyers appear to go missing and as a result you may then be wrongly told there is no interest and be advised to reduce the price, so by going with them you may receive less than you should . Buyer or rather seller beware

GoogleI must admit i am very I am very impressed with the Bebington branch. Jess who I have been dealing with regarding the rental of my flat was so professional and also kyle. jess made it all very easy for me I didn't need to stress they are an asset to the company. I called in the Bebington branch the other day and they were so friendly. I have dealt with Jones and Chapman before but I have been more impressed now than before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great service. Thanks so much for making it easy for me :-)

One star is too much for this agency. Constantly asking to view houses and get no reply or get told the property isn’t open for viewing yet but then it’s taken a day later. Very unfair towards clients. Rude on the phone with a can’t be bothered attitude. Home owners, please stop using this agency!

I used the Allerton Branch to handle the sale of a property. From the offset, the service was poor. The ladies in the office were clueless, unhelpful and lacked professionalism. Their handling of the sale was by far the worst I have experienced as an experienced Landlord. Save your money - avoid at all costs.

I would give 0 star if I could. I put an offer to a house in Little Sutton which they said the offer was accepted. I informed my solicitor, they asked for my funds, etc. Today (after a week later) the guy named “William Allanson” form Jones & Chapman called us saying “Sorry but there is a higher offer for the house”. I am so outraged. I now understand that they continued showing the house and getting new offers. This is unethical and unprofessional. Such companies and people should not be in the sector. STAY AWAY and if possible DO NOT WORK WITH THEM especially the one located in Little Sutton/Ellesmere Port

We asked JCH to come out and value our home. The manager asked,over the phone, how much did you pay for the house, how much have you spent, and then without seeing the property said “ so you would be happy making 50k” what an idiot. We had arranged for 3 valuations including JCH. JCH sent a valued who works in another area and didn’t have a clue about the area we live in, hadn’t prepared any comparisons or anything, and can you believe he valued the house the same as the manager who hadn’t seen the house. The other 2 agents were both fully prepared to value the house and valued it 40% more than JCH, explaining how they had arrived at the valuation based on other sold houses in the area. Don’t use this company to sell your house, totally unprofessional.
