They have been with us for 6 months. Terrible service. Getting charged for unknown amounts and it’s impossible to get an explanation. Same extract situation with everyone else in the building. Won’t recommend AT ALL.

She took over, representing Red Rock, from our previous Property Management Company who were awful, over-charged us, and did shoddy work, and both I and the other flat owners in our block have been super-impressed with her and therefore with Red Rock. She and Red Rock have reduced our costs and increased the quality of our property and she is prompt and friendly at resolving all issues. Thank you Rebeca.

GoogleThe handful of times I have had to contact Red Rock it could not have gone more smoothly. Whenever I phone up I get through to someone immediately - there's never any being held in a queue or going through menu options. My property's manager Charlie takes issues seriously and deals with them as soon as possible, and always makes sure I am updated. The company really does seem to be doing its best to look after the welfare of residents.

GoogleRedrock were engaged to manage our block of six flats for a period of one year. Words cannot describe what an unpleasant experience it was for all involved and I have never been so glad to see the back a company before.

Dear Liam, We guided you through the RTM Process and made no charges for this, we tried to provide the highest level of service at all times but unfortunately due to the fact the freeholder owns 50% of the building and refused to make payment on time meant it became almost impossible to manage. At that point we served notice on you, the Three Directors were split on the best way forward. Post termination you raised a complaint with the Ombudsman and when you did not agree with their findings you continued to complain to them. A settlement was agreed and you instructed your new agents to make payment which they didn't, 5 weeks on I threatened legal action if the amount wasn't paid within 5 days, at this point you became rude and abusive and left this review.

GoogleI had a few queries regarding my service charge payments and it was sorted swiftly by Stacy. She was prompt at responding to my emails and I am happy with everything overall. 29/5/24 - I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stacy head (credit controller) today again, relating to queries on my account and she is so helpful, professional and replies to emails promptly. I was charged £90 late fees but after explaining my situation, the charges were removed from my account immediately. I have also spoken to her on the phone before, very polite and professional. Every query I had, has been dealt with quickly by Stacy. She is amazing!
