GoogleMy dealings with RedRock are now good thanks to Suth Canbert taking over the management of the block. Up until his joining, problems were not sorted out and various mechanisms were never explained by any of his predecessors which caused resentment and frustration and not just by me. Suth is capable, reliable, knowledgeable and excellent at explaining their systems and trying to unravel all the problems that there were. I feel now that things are smoother and being sorted out. I hope Suth remains with RedRock and is appreciated. Also Tia is excellent and competent too when I have dealt with her on invoicing matters.

GoogleWe were contracted by Tia at Red Rock Property Management to carry out maintenance work at a block managed by RR. Tia's communication was very clear from the beginning, detailing the standard of work required and ensuring our ability to be able to carry out the work to the full satisfaction of the Leaseholders. Upon our engagement we received a purchase order for the tasks, she sent us full information on invoice payment and advised us of where to send the invoice to in other to get paid. The job was completed as directed. It is a splendid experience working with RR and Thanks Tia for taken of payments for us.

GoogleWe recently discovered some fire alarm and emergency lighting issues within the communal area at the rear of our commercial property. We reported this to Red Rock who then proceeded to deal with the matter in a very prompt and professional manner, even though these issues were not strictly speaking, their problem to deal with. When taking this into consideration they really did provide a first class service. I would not hesitate to recommend Red Rock to anyone looking for a property management company.
