I have been working with Redrock for 6 months as a contractor, I have found the property managers helpful & knowledge. The accounts department are always on hand and professional, they were very efficient to respond to a query I had. Chloe helped me rectify a problem, her patience and understanding was very much appreciated.

GoogleI reported an issue on Tuesday 22nd and spoke with both Katie and Andria, they were really helpful and sent maintenance out straight away. He was also really helpful and took the time to look at the issue which was completely dealt with the next day. It was brilliant service that was dealt with and solved very fast! Thanks all.

GoogleAlthough I find the fees charged pretty high there are a couple of jewels in the crown I found myself behind in service charge payments, Covid etc but having been in contact with Stacy in accounts I was impressed with the customer care and considerate approach to bringing my account back up to speed....customer service not always an attribute you find in accounts departments! Thanks again Stacy

GoogleWe have used the services of Red Rock for the past 10 years. Charlotte Luck (Property Manager) looks after our block of flats. She is totally professional, courteous and extremely helpful covering every aspect of Property Management. She replies to phone cells and emails promptly. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and works closely with both myself and contractors. She is definitely worthy of a 5 Star Service!!

GoogleHad a query with Stacey Head in finance and she promptly helped me with my issue and was very pleasant to deal with . We have just switched management company for our building ( previous Ringleys ) and I have to say it’s like chalk and cheese so far. Everyone at red rock keep up the good work on behalf of leaseholders under your wing!
