RRPM manage a property which I own but do not live in. There had been confusion with regards my correspondence address but this was swiftly resolved by Stacy Head who promptly returned my call and then emailed me with confirmation of account. First class service.

GoogleRed Rock Property Management have just taken over the management for my block of flats and I have had a very good experience dealing with Jane Messenger and Shevette Adams-Rose. Both have been very efficient, helpful, professional and the comms have been fantastic. Thank you both, it's much appreciated!

GoogleRed Rock are a great property management company. The last property management company who were responsible for looking after the building did not do much at all, so Red Rock really were a breath of fresh air! Naz (our property manager) has worked really hard to get us good value for money from all contractors and service suppliers. She is always prepared to deal with queries quickly and efficiently and always keeps us up to date with the progress of outstanding works or queries. Everyone I have ever dealt with has always been very friendly and nothing is ever too much to ask! I am really glad we moved to Red Rock and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

GoogleFantastic estate agents, communicative, great customer service and they kept me in the loop at all times which was reassuring because I was a first time buyer. They even hand delivered my new house keys to my old address! Would definitely recommend these guys over the other big chains if you're moving in the Colchester/Clacton area!

GoogleOur management company has worked with Red Rock for over four years now. We've had disagreements and there've been problems along the way, which might lead me more towards 4 stars, then 5. But actually, the fact that Red Rock managers have always been willing to engage not just to resolve those problems but to change ways of working with us to try and avoid similar issue arising in the future leads me to give the extra star. This has included travelling to evening meetings, 70 miles from their office, and being prepared to face challenge and criticism directly. It would be night-on impossible for our property - a private road of 24 homes - to administer the services and company responsibilities which Red Rock deliver for us. So Red Rock have taken a lot of weight off the shoulders of company directors. They've been capable of sourcing contractors to sort issues - usually fairly quickly - and have been open to offering new or different services to fit what we need. When we found Red Rock, we couldn't find another company whose customers spoke as well of them. I think our experience has borne that out, and I would recommend them.

GoogleThe service our building has received from Red Rock has been appallingly bad. Many of the services such as cleaning are overpriced for what is delivered. There's a very low transparency of what the actual costs are, we rarely get to see invoices or contracts used for services. Red rock is very slow to respond to e-mails, many of mine has never been answered. The most frustrating thing is the low level of communication, no clarity on future plans or options to rectify issues with the building. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleLilly's outstanding customer service today was amazing. :) Had an alarm going off for 7.5 hours and she tried effortlessly to get it sorted on her day off. After being let down by engineers, many people would give up, but she wasn't going too and kept trying until she got someone who was going to be able to come and sort it out keeping me in the loop all the way through. Thank you for everything, all of us are greatful that the noise has stopped! Enjoy the rest of your day off! Jordan & The Rest Of Graphic House!

I had the privilege of interacting with Stacy Head, Jane Messenger and Stacey Colley to mention but a few in dealing with a delicate situation. They were so helpful and very professional.
