GoogleRed Rock is looking after a block of flats in London where I live. I've had a serious plumbing issue. Red Rock has sent Drainage Engineer Tim who was a superstar and fixed the issue. Red Rock team was also very helpful and responsive over the phone. I've spoken with Hollie D., Jeremy and Gabriela. Thank you all again for your help.

GoogleWe had a problem with my wife not receiving emails and got in touch with our property management team. It was such a refreshing experience to deal with Beverley Barnard. We found her extremely responsive. All in all an excellent service and great communication.

GoogleI am happy to say that today I had excellent attention and service from Arandeep and Hollie in resolving issues with the Community TV dish-antenna . Both of them were prompt, thorough and extremely effective. The issue was fixed within 48 hours . Wish the team all success in future. Both of them are assets to Red Rock Property and Estate Management Ltd .

GoogleUntrustworthy, unkind staff and unhelpful management company. Worst decision I ever made! Their fee excessive compare to other companies. Don’t renew your contract with this thieving company! If you can, please terminate you contract with them! Stay away or else you will be pouring £££s in the drain!

GoogleIam a resident at Albion court ebberns road Hemel hemstead, I have been they approx over 2 years , and off corse issues are almost certain to arise at times , while living in a housing complex, with rented property, and owner property ,issues such as waste/rubbish/ parking / and noisy neighbors , and internal problems and maintenance to the property’s With the above problems i have made phone calls and emails which have always being sorted out very swiftly and resolved. On a personal note i have always talked to karen and chevette in the office , who are both very professional and a pleasure to talk too and a credit to they company Kind regards A happy resident to the above property

GoogleI have been a contractor for red rock managing two of their sites for over 4 years now. On one site I had run into problems for a little over a year. Then a lady called Karen Lewis took over this particular site. From the day she took over, she was responsive, helpful, informative and really supportive during. She has now resolved all the issues and done exactly what she first said she was set out to do and can’t thank her enough. Googleless than one star property manager not reachable and his deputy spent 40 minutes investigating an issue raised without any outcome. no wonder most flats are for sale or for rent

Googleworst management company ever. They don't care about residents, and do not want to meet the residents to discuss the issues. Charges are very high compared to other management company.

GoogleI reported an issue on Tuesday 22nd and spoke with both Katie and Andria, they were really helpful and sent maintenance out straight away. He was also really helpful and took the time to look at the issue which was completely dealt with the next day. It was brilliant service that was dealt with and solved very fast! Thanks all.
