The block of flats I live in used to be managed by First Port who were appalling as a management company and we decided to move to Red Rock (RRPM) hoping would provide a better level of service. What a disappointment to see they are equally as bad. The account manager changes almost every quarter and we are never informed of the changes. The gate in our building has not been working for almost 4 months and still no one has been to repair. We are unable to enter our building as the front door is not working, a week later the problem is not resolved. I've lost count of how many times they mistake our block with another block in the same area. They only respond to emails when you follow up or call, I could go on and on..

GoogleReported an issue with drainage and Kaine dealt with it swiftly. My number was passed onto the contractor who called me with an eta, called me when on site and then when the issue was resolved. 5 stars deserved. Kaine also followed up afterwards. Keep up the good work team

GoogleWe have now moved out of the flats that redrock were management for. Unfortunately, they didnt care that they would take a yearly service charge but it was obvious the work has never been completed on the flats. So disappointing

Dear Sarah, I am sorry you have felt the need to leave this review. The Development that you lived at, had a Board of Resident Directors who agree and manage the works and repairs at the building, all work that we do here is carried out after discussing the issues with them. They are also owners of property here and we met regularly to discuss issues, upcoming works and expenditure, the accounts for each of the years show healthy surpluses which are being retained for long term repairs to the building. I will pass your feedback back to the Directors and wish you well in your new home. Adrian

GoogleI’ve been using RRPM now for almost 5 years and should I ever have a question in terms of invoices or accounts, I always ask to speak to STACY HEAD. Honestly she’s great at what she does and always knows how to answer the questions and if she doesn’t know, Stacy goes away and finds out and calls me back. Thank you for all your help so far Stacy!
