GoogleWe have lived in Balkerne Heights estate since 2016, which Red Rock manages. Our experiences with them have been mixed - when we first moved in they were quite responsive but more recently I have waited several weeks for replies to my emails (despite prompting) about issues that are both important and relatively straightforward to fix: entrance to the block of flats being left unlocked, for instance, or a resident being allowed to store rubbish and use cones to block off one of the very few visitor parking spots in our estate for months at a time.

GoogleI have been dealing with hitesh at redrock property management and I can truly say that hitesh has been an absolute true gentleman who is very attentive to sort out all issues and problems that residents may have Issues are actioned straight away and communication with residents is absolutely outstanding this is not the first time I have dealt with this individual and once again the service provided has been brilliant, a top member of the team here at Red Rock Property Management

GoogleRed Rock manage a block that I own a flat in and I am more than willing to say that I am very happy with the service provided. I do have something to compare it with, owning and living in a similar block myself, and being a resident committee member at both properties I have just had a query as to setting up a standing order and Stacy from credit control got back to me immediately and sorted it out for me.
