GoogleRed Rock Property Management provide the management services for my block of flats. There are diverse practical and admin queries for which I may have to contact them, and customer support resilience is often tested and never found to fail. I have often spoken to a certain Credit Controller, namely Stacy Head as just recently where seamlessly she filtered my unguided Email to it's correct location. For her I can say in particular that for Customer service nothing is beneath her station, and from other employees phone or Email I have always received similar respect.....Really good Customer service.

GoogleExchanged my car and forgot to remove my parking permit from the old car before it was taken away. Ended up getting two parking penalty tickets before I could receive a replacement permit. Spoke to Louise Penn who helped ensure the parking penalties were reversed so I didn’t have to pay a penny.

GoogleI am leaving this review mainly for the assistance I have received from Stacy in the finance department. Every time I have called with any issue she has always responsed very promptly, always picks up the phone and answers any queries I have immediately. I have recently had some issues with accounts that have needed resolving and she has gone above and beyond to help me resolve them. I think she is genuinely an asset to the company.

Red Rock Property Management are the Company that manages the maintenance for My block of flats. There are numerous and diverse reasons why I have to contact them and reaching the right person to deal with each situation could be complex. However, my experience is that no-one acts as though it is beneath their station, particularly a certain credit controller, namely Stacy Head who filtered an Email to the correct employee only recently. Customer service is important and Red Rock are decidedly good in this department.

I find all the RRPM Team extremely responsive and I know from personal experience that this is rare from a management company so it's refreshing! My most recent dealing this week was with Stacy Head in Credit Control who agreed a payment plan with me within hours of writing. In the past, I have found Shevette and Jane from the Legal Team really helpful too.
